I gave them my insurance card and told them to make sure they were in my insurance network provider list. They presumably looked it up and said that they were. Later I got a large bill from them and my insurance said that they were not on the insurance provider list. If they would have told me the truth, I wouldn't have used them. I wish I had never gone to this dentist office and will never go to them again. I will also never recomment them to anyone. I just want to warn others.
