Great experience with your online chat agent (David Bianchi). There was a concern however. David said the item should ship in roughly 1 business day but the website says 'normally ships within 21 days'. I'm trusting David was correct as item is in stock.

Would be perfect if you were linked to amazon at checkout so that I could use the shipping and CC data resident in their system. Check out katom.com (restaurant supply). They use this feature. Anything that saves keystrokes for businesses.

when creating my account the screen was 'grayed' but no feedback that anything was happening - the same for after placing the Order - it would be good to have a little 'feedback' to see that something is happening
If you have previously ordered then it is very simple to click on re-order. Otherwise it was very hard to find the right label for our activity.
had to find certain parts on website... no links to accessories etc. had to call in to get info needed to buy. Tom was very helpful when I called in.

I downgraded the review to 4 stars because I did not receive advice of shipment of my order with tracking numbers; because the invoice was confusing; and because my card was charged separately for the 2 items I ordered, with the 2 pending charges initially adding up to more than the invoice total (although the final total was correct).
I appreciate the attention and service I received on the front end, and the products I bought are great; but your after-the-sale support needs some work.
Your pricing is extremely high. $19 for a strap is robbery when we already spent $700+ on the mobile printer.
