I purchased 25 scanners from them for my FedEx routes. First time I had a problem with one I called for service, took 11.5 hours to call me back. I knew I should of went with the other company, and I am buying 3 more through the other company. Beware they get your money and forget you.

Encountered considerable initial difficulty placing the order due to the use of the SAFARI browser. However, when I switched to CHROME at the suggestion of Carrie Steeger, your website performed perfectly, and the problem was resolved.
The Shipment arrived today (December 6, 2017 - order placed November 22) in apparent excellent condition, thanks largely to the secure, padded packaging.
Since the product has not yet been placed in service, its performance can not presenty be evaluated. However, our expectations are high.

Spent two days trying to get a representative on the phone. Never got farther than voicemail, and never received a response from message left. Finally placed order online and coupon code flashed up but was invalid when attempted to apply.
Shortly afterward I was contacted by a representative who volunteered his contact information to ensure a better experience upon returning.
It was very frustrating that it told me server error many times then held for customer service for almost 20 min trying to get it figured out
I found shopping at Peak-Ryzex to be an easy and straightforward experience. The site's layout is intuitive and well organized, the product selection is such that you are sure to find something that works for you, and their customer support staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had questions regarding the Zebra GK420T and Intermec PC43t label printers that I couldn't find on the site, and their online support team was able to help me on the spot. Other things to notice are their price match guarantee and free shipping, as well as their own 800 phone line for more in-depth recommendations, though I didn't make use of it as I was clear on what I needed. It would be nice to have a way to compare multiple, similar products on one page, but one can do that themselves by spending a few minutes on the products' detailed profiles. Bottom line, a good site that offers quality products, along with the information you need to make an informed decision, provided you take the time to read or ask.
Your new website is awefull, please just list the labels for my printer, then the size, count, price. It needs to be all in one place so I can see what Im doing. It is so spread out that it takes forever to navigate.
Also, Stop showing "SIXOFF" if I cant use it!

Your purchasing process is way to complicated, add to cart on catalog page does not let you know item is selected.

Google Shopping says "Special offer: 6% off + 5% cash back + price matching. Enter code at checkout. Expires in 102 days." But when I entered code, your site said "Invalid."
Great experience with your online chat agent (David Bianchi). There was a concern however. David said the item should ship in roughly 1 business day but the website says 'normally ships within 21 days'. I'm trusting David was correct as item is in stock.

For the past day and a half I have left voice messages for a call back to place an order as the recording said someone would call me back, but no one has. So I was looking on the internet to buy my ribbon somewhere else.
Trying ot edit the mailing address was a problem. I finally did it, but it took several tries. The editing window doesn't scroll and there appears to be something below the phone number that it needed but I have no idea what.
I logged in with my account and the system kept giving me an error message at checkout. All my information and credit card were correct. I spoke to Greg from your office, he took my cc# but then he called and said that glitch should be corrected and try again. I tried and nothing happened. I ended up purchasing as a guest, not with the account. Also, the "Welcome back this is Andy" pop-up is very annoying and not helpful at all. I chatted with someone without any solution. Also, the prices and availability of the same item were changing as I logged back in.
I would like to have different ship to and bill to contact people. The system didn't seem to allow for that.
It is difficult through our procare webite to find how to order from you. I called your company last week and left my number to have someone call me and they never responded.
