It is very convenient to be able to fill out documents from any computer, even if the computer you are working on does not have the program on it the document originated from. You can preload forms you use frequently, make templates and you are all set!
Despite the displayed options, SAVE, PRINT, you can't do any of that till they have your credit card that they charge $101 to, which you don't learn about till you've completed your work! So I emailed to 'cancel immediately'; got an email they had, learned later, that only cancels the renewal of the subscription. The $101 is refunded only if you notice it on your charges, email and specifically request it. I've now put their name on my bulletin board to make sure I don't fall for their fibs again.
Annotation is provided in the mobile but not in the laptop why? For correcting tick mark and cross red colour is the best. Black is not impressive at all. After completing we need to access the google classrom easily. ON THE WHOLE IT IS ' THE BEST'.
software is not intuitive to me, i'm sure i'll get better at finding what i want, but since i currently only go in a few times a year (to prepare tax returns), i get a little frustrated.
The program works well and allows me to edit (not easily) pdf's to use how I need to in our business.
I use it when I need to manually take care of things or split off pages - my problem is that PDF filler will remove signatures that have already been completed in another source and want documents resigned - when that is not what I am trying to do. I keep thinking it is a setting or something but whatever it is, it is very annoying and I often have to revert to free programs online to do what PDF filler use to do so well
Great product but it is still quite buggy. For instance, when entering info into fields, "tab" should take you to the next field, but it rarely does. Instead, tab takes you down and over several; fields
Having come from an Adobe house, it is difficult to learn and the biggest disappointment is that there is no AI so everytime I need a new form next day, next week, I have to re-type the same information. Adobe had AI that when I started typing it would give me options (like Google).
Asks for payment not before, not after, but when your deadline is in a few minute and you are saving the file.
2 things I do the most with forms, etc. I use - I email them or I save them to my docs . A large tab at the top of each form that says "SAVE" and "EMAIL" would be helpful.
The way the platform is organized can be confusing at times. Customer service response times and options aren't the greatest. Sharing information with others users who share licenses within the same work group is often met with constant errors and it is almost impossible to effortlessly share work between users.
They don't want to assist unless they can log into your system. Also you have to wait a few hours just to chat with them. From the customer perspective it sucks!!
it wants you to purchase something new anything you make a mistake not a good product for most. Want my free trial to stop and my card not charged the $120 due to so much frustration on trying to get one document completed that took me three separate times to do and about 3 hours to do.
I paid thinking I was getting the 2018 W3 - but it was actually 2015. There is a 15, 16 and 19 but NO 2018 W3. I am VERY upset!!!
I retrieved a form and subscribe, but since doing so this really isnt exactly what i'm looking for, i need commercial cleaning contracts and cant seem to find them.
I like it. I have a hard time making a template sometimes. I can't figure out how to go in and edit it.
Im tired of filling out contracts or bids each time I do one. Like company name and info etc. I cannot find previous bids by searching either, sometimes takes an hour to find an old bid
Very useful however the ONLY reason I kept this and not used the free one from the local BBB was because your company charged me for the full year instead of the monthly price it said I would be charged so not happy at all about that. I was going to use it see how I liked it and then I would've picked a different package option as I have one other employee that can use it but that's the way things go I suppose
It is difficult to figure out how to use the same form again, how to get another form, and how to reopen the same form. Printing is also difficult.
I have had issues with logging in from different devises, however once logged in I seem to fill with ease.
Trouble signing in to my account with correct Password. Then Password Reset didn't work first time & I had to do it again. It does its jobs well, but I didn't like having to sign up with credit card before I could do the free trial. I now realise that I don't need many of the features that would be great for business. I really just need to be able to convert and edit PDFs and fill in occasional forms. There are free programs that do these things. But this is still a good program.
The application for distance learning is suitable but I am trying to share the form in a Zoom meeting for a Spanish language class if possible. The rating will probably increase with further practice.
If a couple of changes could be incorporated into the program I would give it 5 stars -- spell-check and a solid dot for filling in circles instead of check marks or x(s).
Not easy to use if your needs go beyond simple, single document transactions. Difficult and limited if you want to group files in folders, for example. Beyond simple needs, the system has taken me more time than saved me time.
Mostly happy with it, but big disappointment is that it's limited to merging 5 documents at a time only, as merging is the reason why I purchased PDFfiller.
I hás some problems tô real with images in the program, and also tô edit texts and new pages
