WARNING AVOID. WARNING AVOID. After ordering a laptop, delivery time was told 1-3 days for delivery. 12 days later order was received. After 1 hour of operation the laptop shut down and failed to work. Now the drama of sending it back. Was sent a return ticket and was told it'll be pick up the next day from my premise... 6 days later it was finally collected. It says with them for nearly a week for them to review the damaged laptop, I told them I want a refund under the consumer guarantee act. I have not received a refund. Thief's, absolutely thief's. They take your money and provide broken devices and then refuse refunds and don't reply to messages or emails. Looking into more legal avenues to get my money back.
