I too have had the same problem with a StarTech BEZELWRKIT. StarTech themselves tell me that they do not stock or supply it anymore though pconestopshop advertises it in stock and then says it is on back order. Do what I have done. Give them a warning of seven days then sue with MONEY CLAIM ONLINE. It costs £25 but they have to pay it together with what they owe you. You can add interest as well.

They showed hardware as in stock and offered next day delivery. The product did not arrive but I got an email it is on back order. They have not responded to my email asking them to cancel the order - no replies at all!
As previously - they say that something is in stock; take your money and then say that it's not in stock. They claim that this is because their stock is updated twice daily. This is nonsense - goods ordered in June not received in September... BUT still show as in stock on their website. (I know that they'll never be received as the line is discontinued.) Promised a refund on one phone call. No response to any emails. Have now started process of recovering my money via credit card company.
Avoid these people at all costs. Search elsewhere on the Net. This is a common occurrence with them!
Same as everyone else, No stock, my cables, are on back order, over a month since i cancelled the order now, called them twice a week for refund, still no sign of my money, if i don't get any joy this week ive told them im comin to liverpool to be nasty to someone. STAY AWAY
