“Services unforgivable”

Clifford F.

While on a stay at home order to help the fight against covid 19. I decided to use Go Puff.com, a delivery service. Being new to this particular services, I decided to step out on faith. In the belief of honesty and decent customer service. I ordered 8 simple items for about $50.00. The service was quick and I received my order. However one of my items was a half gallon of milk, that was already outdated. They offered to refund my money, but a refund wasn't what I ordered. I still need a half gallon of milk. They will never have to worry about me again.

“Their Community Guidelines are biased!”

PC Mag asked us to "review" Netflix and this is the review I gave it: "Netflix is a perveyor of child pornoraphy (Check out "Cuties", (but don't actually watch it) which shows graphic detail of an eleven year old girl in sexually explicit scenes. I understand there are others just as bad and socially irresponsible." Shortly afterwards, I got an email from PC Mag stating that my review had been rejected "as it contains content that is in breach of our community guidelines."

I bought a 65 inch TV from PC mag and had doubts at first because the vendor wasn't a Bestbuy or Costco, etc. But this is easily once of the most seamless purchases I've made. Within two days of ordering the TV, I got a confirmation that it shipped. Delivery was made 2 days after the confirmation. Delivery guy came on time and was extremely polite / professional.

I love the TV I bought, the transaction was all done by email but was extremely easy. Paid so much less than if I bought the TV from Costco. Buy with Confidence. Thanks PC MAG team!

I have been reading PC magazine for years and like many magazines these days it is essentially free. I think I pay something like a 75 cents an issue and that is well worth keeping up on the latest and greatest PC information. The magazine gears itself towards PC enthusiasts while not alienating those who are less tech savvy. My girlfriend who knows nothing of technology used my PC magazine to help her select a digital camera while I have used it to help guide me on overclocking my CPU. PC magazine is also useful for topics that are not directly PC related as they have a wealth of information on HDTV, cell phones, etc... I almost think they should change their name to something besides PC magazine as it is so much more than that. I have read the magazine for years, but oddly enough I never went to their website until just recently. In the past I have used cnet.com for my shareware downloads and tech product information. After doing a quick look at their site, it seems that PC magazine online doesn't have the vast amount of information that cnet has on products or in their download section, but what they do have is much better written and more informative. I see they have the digital version of PC magazine available as well, and I'm not as big of a fan of digital media. If I am on my laptop and have wifi, I would rather just go to their website. If I am on a plane or do not have access to wifi, I much prefer my traditional paper PC magazine.
