The only glitch was that the product was sent to the wrong delivery address, so it got sent back then redirected to my personal address.

It was straight and to the point. Didn't realize shipping is so expensive. Besides the shipping, it was really good.

was searching for a monitor with hdmi and built in speakers and your searching was not up to the task so I had to google on the outside to get one that would have it all.

Tried to order two of the item, but turned out only one in stock. Sales rep called later to try to hook me up - nice. Oddly, he said they were out of stock but the website said they were back in. Talked to him the next day and his info still said out, so I just ordered the 2nd one online. Overall good experience except that the CS rep's info wasn't sync'd with the website, which I'm sure made him feel a little foolish.

Good, getting complete specifications can take switching screens particularly when shopping and comparing features.

The product sorting needs attention - every "Next" page defaults to "Top Sellers" no matter what sort order you choose

A little disconcerting to be sent to Paypal and it didn't show the shipping added until I went back to the order info a srcond time.

For starters, it wasn't the laptop advertised. It was the correct model, but the one we bought was supposed to have a built-in webcam. The laptop we received didn't have one. However, my mother whom I bought it on the behalf of is satisfied. So I can't complain too much.

Better e,plantain of items would have made me more secure of my purchase. But otherwise, it was what I have come to expect.

From my previous shipment one of the displays wasn't working propoerly and the RA procedure is not 100% clear to me

It was only with difficulty that I was able to get estimates of shipping date and ETA. I had to ask repeatedly for tracking numbers. Order to arrival time was reasonable (11 days order to arrival) but most of that (9 days) was delays from order to shipment. Without the complimentary 2-day shipping, I think I would be very disappointed with the delivery time.

I ordered New; received Refurbished... Ugh! I called and was issued a credit for the price difference. Acceptable outcome.

I failed to notice that this processor was for LGA 1366 socket. I can't use it for the motherboard I was upgrading.

The desk top computer work good. I just need an adapter for me to connect it to my monitor.

The desktop. If it's an android phone, you can easily check the android option but the iPhone option is shaded gray that you cannot click it to connect. Can you help?

product still has unknown password from previous owner, cosmetic scratches should have made device a little cheaper

Not the greatest experience with your website, it tried to charge my BofA card 10 times and it locked up my account. I had to call my bank and get my card released and they followed the transaction through to complete it. Check with your merchant account and shopping cart gateway to see what the problem is.

My only issue was that the MB battery still had its paper cover on the down side and the delivery was longer than the 1-5 business days as advertised.
