I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.

The one Asus monitor that arrived did not work properly and did not have a picture when plugged in.

The computers did not work correctly. Monitors flickered constantly. Other computers sent to take care of the problem had the same problem.
Returned all computers, monitors, and cables.

I received the computer. It has no hard drive and will not boot up. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and I would like to return it. Please advise.

We need to return this phone, does not work, we ended up using another phone from other office, please send me a RGA, I have requested this 3 times already by email, please email me back

You offered me a $10 coupon code, It took 20 min to hit my email, then when I went to use it 5min later it was expired.

The laptop charged I started it it started the Windows setup process I got as far as my email address I went to the next screen to enter the password the system would not allow me to enter anything into the box then the system rebooted and when it came back up it said there was no boot device found. I need to be processed a refund and would like a return shipping label so that I can send this laptop back it is currently dead in the water. It would be nice if I could be provided with a contact customer service phone numbers so I could speak to someone about this problem.

There is no way they check their computers to ensure they are working & ready to use. Lost $150 & 10 hours of time from 2 computers techs. Unreliable. Huge risk to use them. Of the 17 working ones, multiple had problems.

Number keys dont work. Refurbished should mean that all of the buttons work correctly. Returning with rma.

We did not receive our additional headsets i ordered. No one has reached out to follow up about this, I just thought it was on its way... after i received the first box.

I received two products designated as being for the same phone. The desi is the right product but I never received the plastic overlay and instead got a different desi that appears to be for a different phone

First product didn't work. You are sending new product and I will return old when I get the slip. If the second one doesn't work. I'll be really annoyed and hope that you will send a second return slip and credit both orders.

These people advertise on thing but send a cheaper version of what you expect, They show a 32 GB ipad but sent they sent a 16 GB They will not correct even if your able to contact them. Been trying to get Chase card to prevent this fraud but they are just a bad so I would not recommend either one. Buyer Beware both itech and Chase Freedom

You sent me the wrong thing you said free postage on return i had to pay postage i will never buy from yous again and i will post negative post if i dont get my money back i checked the bottom box just to submit i do not agree with your policies

This outfit did a bait and switch with me and what you think you get is not what you probably will get.
Beware of what their advertisements show - they sell scrap junk they don't an send invoice but bill your credit card

Emails are responded to when the staff feels like to, very poor responses, shipping delays, had to cancel an order as it took over 5 days to process it.

After trying for a couple of weeks to get this computer to work, nothing I tried did it. I understood this was a working computer, not one for parts only. I plan to call them Monday for a refund.

When I received my order it was missing many parts. Then when I plugged in the unit it would not take a charge. Had to call and get a new battery sent. When I received the second shipment it was still missing a part anf had to call a third time to have it shipped. WOW!

We ordered two monitors come to find out only one was in stock. They credited need the one item not in stock and substituted another monitor charged me for it, and we have yet to receive it. This is my second email explaining this.

I received the item that I ordered but the color could not be adjusted, the screen was very dark, I and others tried to adjust it but could not. i called your customer service and was given return instructions by e-mail with shipping labels and I returned it by UPS on 07/08/2020 and was told my funds would be refunded.

I always order my PC needs from PCliquidators because the products are always good and I dont have to return upon my receipt.

I need a return label because the laptop is too slow for what I need to do and the Microsoft Office (365?) that I purchased for a year keeps asking for me to download it, but I'm using 'Word' now. I'd like return both items because it's not working for me at all.
