They won´t process your order, just take your money, give you a fake phone verification window and you won´t be able to proceed. 100% scam. Careful with those shady sites.

I tried to buy a digital Apple Play Card as a gift for a friend's birthday. I used Paypal as suggested. After they got my name, phone number, home address and Paypal authorization, I got an email saying "we were unable to process your payment and deliver your order." Paypal had already authorized the payment and I have never had a problem paying anything with Paypal. I feel like this was just in order to get all of my information for future scams or spam.

People use the word "scam" too loosely when leaving reviews. Scamming is when someone or some company intentionally steals from you or tries to rip you off. We have been in business for 10 years, we did not operate this company for the past decade to to get your email and phone number. Joseph did place an order, however we could not validate the transaction and the order was cancelled. Joseph was not charged any money, we did not do anything with Joseph's information.

I purchased a apple card for my granddaughter's birthday and this is the biggest heartbreak and pain in the butt I have ever had a company pulled. They had no problem processing my credit card didn't need any verification for that. They needed verify my phone he said when you go touch the recorder thing it doesn't work then they tie up your money all damn day then they give you no response. Tells me this company is full of fraud. Still got my money pending so I can't get my money out of the bank I can't get my money back they got my money tied up I guess from now to the end of the freaking time. But that's okay they picked the wrong old lady to try and steal from. I don't tolerate the company stealing for me I don't tolerate their stupidity I have no use for a company that is this degenerate. You offer a product and somebody pays for that product you've got no right to hijack that product. PC supply can enjoy it because I'm their worst nightmare. I won't go quietly into the night I'm going to take your butt with me. I'm tired of companies deciding well they paid for it but we'll try it for a little bit we'll make them suffer you don't make me suffer I work hard for my money I don't sit in the office on my behind waiting to see how many clients I can steal from. And I'm the same kind of old lady that will see the living hell out of you. I have filed a complaint with a better Business bureau. I have also put up another review on Google to make sure everybody knows cuz I'm one of Google's favorite reviewers. If I think your service sucks I'll tell everybody look me up on my reviews you will see I don't miss words. PC game supply literally at 8:30 in the morning stole my grandchild gift card. Ties my bank account up there's not a really a human being that you can speak to cuz they make sure both their numbers are disconnected so you cannot talk to them cuz this is kind of crap they do so of course they don't want to a phone. Word of advice PC game supply if you want to steal from the younger generation because they're mainly stupid anyway you're more than welcome but I'm not stupid I will nag you into eternity over a quarter let alone $25.80. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company to do that to you the people that keep you in business but I guess you're good with that. You do not deserve to be in business and what I should do is have my grandchild's mama call you cuz my granddaughter is very unhappy

I tried to purchase a gift card from here, I made an account, I put in my credit card info for payment, Then AFTER I pressed purchase it told me I need to verify my phone number before getting access. I put in my phone number but didn't receive anything so I was unable to verify it. Received an email that said my purchase was cancelled but the money was still taken from my credit card despite the fact that it was cancelled. I tried making 4 different tickets to report this but I have neither received a single word from them or even a single email to notify that my ticket has actually gone through.

Edit as a response to the PC Game Supply Rep:? First of all I'm literally showing a receipt that the money was taken from my account, and I still haven't gotten a refund btw secondly I mention how I contacted your customer support MANY times with no responses. Idk what planet you live on, but here if someone takes your money, not deliver on what they were supposed to deliver, then not respond to any of your attempts of messaging them, we consider that a very clear scam.

Another reviewer utilizing the word "scam" when nothing happened to them. The customer was not able to complete phone verification, this is a process of verifying an SMS link to your phone. If the process is not completed then we will be unable to deliver the order. The customers authorization was cancelled and no payment was collected from the customer. There was no harm or anything bad that happened to the customer other then the lost time the customer spent attempting to place the order.

I purchased a master card worldfor an amount of 25$, this is my first time and I do not trust this company so I want to try with a small amount. Luckily because I bought at 3 Pm and now it's almost 8 pm and I didn't get my master card!
Don't believe what they say about the 3 mn... they sent my the information by email but the transaction is still reviewed for wich unknowed reason... im still waiting!
I received an answer from the support saying it takes 1to 24 hours... for what? They already have my money... DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

It's been 10 hours since I submitted my order and the product doesn't show in my panel. I tried to contact the support team and they're not responsive, they don't answer questions in a straightforward manner and usually they respond with not a useful answer. Until now I sent more than 20 email with 4 complaints tickets and no one can answer my question yet. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR. The only reason I'm not saying they're a scam is I'm a returning customer. But this kind of issues must be resolved immediately. They have so many indirect answers and never answer questions really and they will tell you some "department" will get to you soon but expect to wait days until the "department" get to you. Awful experience with no one that seems to care really about the customer. Don't expect your money back right away and don't expect to get the product you ordered also. Just ridiculous, awful, unprofessional and unacceptable service.

I purchased two PSN gift cards, then they charged me and took my money. However, I didn't receive my order. They said that the order takes three minutes as usual and ten minutes to check. Now, it was an hour and I submitted 6 tickets to get support or an explanation, but I didn't get any.

I tried to purchase a gift card recently. After I paid they tried to verify my phone number, which worked. Afterwards it asked me via phone for my name and full address, which I gave them. The order was automatically cancelled after 30 minutes and they kept my money for several days afterwards.

I left a negative trustpilot review which they claimed was false as I have never bought anything there?! Denial is not a way to handle feedback. I'd strongly advise against a purchasing anything here.
