They have cancelled my withdrawal for the 3rd time saying the bank account number is incorrect but I have sent them my proof of account letter from my bank multiple times. These guys are fraudsters! They are stealing from people all over the world and need to be stopped. I have all my proof and will assist in any investigation for as long as possible to stop these guys!
I opened an account 6 years ago and wanted to keep it since its linked to my primary email and for some policy they had before they were charging me 6 annual fees without we even using the service ones but my representative found a solution and the only reason i'm giving it 4 starts is because i'm just waiting to confirm my new card and hopefully all the charges go away since i never even had money in the account I'll keep you posted.
So, except the process of getting the card was super long, which I reviewed previously, the card is finally in my hands and we are ready to rock and roll. Unfortunately, plenty of online sites don't accept it (issuer's bank decline), but THE MAJOR ONE I needed is for FB ads and that is accepted so now my business can operate with ease and less stress. Even though it was a long and draining process, it paid off.
Ok, so, I am STRUGGLING to find any payment gateway since I am from Serbia, living in Trinidad & Tobago, and my company is registered in the USA.
I came across Payoneer and know few friends that have received cards without a SINGLE problem. I opened the account, provided all the documents, received payment more than USD 100 so I can be eligible and then the ordering process was stuck. Spent several hours with customer service, and every and each time the solution was found ON THE PHONE, after which as soon as I hung up, the issue STILL persisted. This is an ongoing process for around 2 months now and PROMISED TIME is 3 days.
So, if the platform is amazing, yes. If it is SELECTIVE, YES 100%. You shouldn't put all the countries you "support" if you TRULY DON'T.
Good service. Contacting customer service can be a pain sometimes, but they always resolve the issues.
So Payoneer has excellent customer care and their system works really good too but I just have one issue with it and that is the SWIFT fee. I'm not sure if this is an issue common to these apps but 15 US per transaction (banks outside of the US, not American banks) is a ridiculous amount in my opinion. I don't think they're the ones responsible for this issue but regardless, harsh transferring 55us and getting 15 deducted.
Mark was very helpful, identifying and fixing my problem right away. Sebastian was also very helpful. However, I felt that previous staff were not so helpful only giving generic responses and not thinking outside of the box for a solution to my unique problem.
Payoneer is good payment gateway. Continuously improving is really appreciated but still not enough. If can minimize the chat conversation time, it would be great. At the moment have to wait for hours. Secondly, the time between receive payment and deposit in account should be in hours not in days. If you can minimize these two, it would become so lovely.

Payoneer holds up payments and asks for too many unnecessary docs. Creates a lot of hassles for all parties involved. Incurs delays.
The only thing I think it will be like a plus for your cs area is that your agent's listen when costumer is talking, that was the only issue I had with the agent, I was trying to let her know my doubts and she started to speak loud like putting her opinion first without knowing my doubts.
I think payoneer ask very unnecessary things at the payer end due to which many of payments get stuck and that is the cause of anxiety for me.
I attempted to verify my account a few times and called customer support thrice.It was disappointing when the representative said that all my documents should be alright but then l received an email saying that your document is not accepted. Submitting a document when you are living outside your country is a bit confusing but l figure it out.
I am happy that my account already been approved.
Just a suggestion, if your customers has many declined attempts to complete their requirements, a courtesy call maybe very helpful other than that Satisfied customer here.
Great communication and customer service. But transaction with you guys takes forever. We don't wanna have to wait for hours to receive money.

Process took awhile longer than it should have but was finally resolved by a conscientious call handler in minutes after I got in touch.
My experience was excellent with the representative.
I uploaded my document and identity card. Identity card had been approved but the docunents were still pending in review and i didn't get any approval email as well. That is why i called and representative told me in very gentle and professional way that the account has been approved. Overall, I am satisfied. Thanks anyways.

I've been recievjbg mk way the platform, I am on as a travel host for three years with out any issues. With my latest payment on 26 September 2021, I was asked to provide additional information. One being who the payment is for, which was a silly question as it was coming to me then they asked for an invoice, which I provided. Then they asked for a contract fir that particular transaction. I am a freelancer on a platform that hosts me, they handle all payments and admin. I do not have a contract with them. It was very difficult to find a solution or any place to email as the options on the customer service email does not have an option for documents that cannot be provided and the reason for it. I called customer service and explained and then was told it would be explained to verification centre why I cannot send a contract as I do not have one. Its freelance work. I am only a provider on their platform. I hope this does not happen again and I am still waiting to see if it will be accepted. I've been receiving payments from the same company for more than two years without s problem, why now.

The service was great, really helped, but I didn't know you had an phone service until someone on Facebook told me that, which could really be helpful if you put the numbers on your website, but overall the service itself was great and really helpful!

But today I was shock that
Payoneer representative say your bank account has been deleted because of payment been reversed back. Some time it's bank holidays
Specially Saturday or Sundays are cloves
Or bank has the problems of link down
Why do Payoneer transactions team has to delete the my personal account which has been given on the online application.
I am bit disappointed by this action
