Called Payoneer Support and once I got to speak with Customer care everything was done quickly and professionally.
Apart from being a little frustrated with the utility bill verification after sending three utility bills I had to make a phone call which was excellent everything was taken care of. Apart from that little draw back I can still give them a five star the company has been good to me.
I sent a Support Request to Payoneer via Payoneer Support Center on the 11th of December. On the 21st of December, there was still no human reply. This is a severe case of a declined payment from a client of mine that should be clarified urgently. In this way, I had to find the telephone number of Payoneer Support via a 3rd party website, since Payoneer does not show this information on their website in my dashboard and does not give me even the possibility of an Online Chat. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset with this treatment as a client and as a person. Note: on the 21st of December, I managed to speak to a very professional Customer Care professional, Adam, who was extremely kind and helpful. This, I believe, is an exceptional case within a problematic and disrespectful Customer Care structure.
My issue was resolved quickly :) I enjoy doing business with Payoneer! I wanted to get an AUD currency to receive payments in that currency for some weeks but I was unable to get resolved when I tried it in my account. So I decided to call to resolve this issue. Ann from Payoneer made it very easy and resolved the other issue I had with my account also. Thank you, Payoneer! :)
I initiated a bank withdrawal on the 7th of December, till date, I'm yet to get a definite response as to where my money is or when I would receive my funds. The only response I've gotten consistently is they're investigating with their partner bank and would provide me with a proof of withdrawal. I understand Payoneer is not a bank, but I can't understand why it would take more than 2 weeks to resolve a withdrawal issue. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service rendered! With the fees they charge, I expect better!
I had to call 4 times and every time I called, a different Customer Care Associate answered. All of them consulted the Approval Department and I would get different suggestions on what to do for my card to be approved.
1. I created my account while I lived abroad (in the Czech Republic) but I didn't have any money so I didn't need a card.
2. Two years later I started to earn money via Payoneer, and I asked for a new account because I had forgotten the password for the old one. I got a new one and was asked to submit proof of residence. I submitted a utility (in Cyrilic script because that's what we use).
3. TWO MONTHS later, no response, and I contacted them via live hat. They consulted Approval Department and asked me via email the next business day to submit a photo of me holding my ID and a piece of paper with the date. I did that and ten days later still NO RESPONSE>
4. I called Payoneer, the guy told me to change the security questions and then my card will be approved. I did that and still No approval. I called again, they said to submit a proof of address from the Czech Republic (from where I moved two years ago and now I'm back in my home country. I told them the only thing I could submit was a stamp from the immigration in my passport showing the address. They said it was ok, I did that but still NO RESPONSE.
I called one more time, this time they said I should REAPPLY and TRANSFER my money to the new account which doesn't make any sense because in order to open a new account I had to close the one where i had my money. As soon as the call finished, out of nowhere, I got an email asking me to submit a new proof of address because the utility I sent TWO MONTHS AGO wasn't accepted.
Then I went to the bank and asked for a statement in ENglish and submitted it. I called them two hours later and the Customer Care Associate told me that the Approval Department approved of my card, and they would email me with the shipping details. It has been two hours since our call and I still have NOT received an email.
I hope I will.
Overall, Payoneer provides a terrible service.

I don't know why people are complaining about Payoneer customer service, I've been using Payoneer for more than 5 years, and every time I needed to call the customer service, they were very professional and managed to resolve any issue I had.

The only reason for the 4 stars was I received a payment that went straight to pending for 5 days, weekend included, and never got an alert until the 5th that I needed to submit additional documents. I was at first angry that I did not receive the request as soon as I had received the payment so everything could have been faster or had been prompted to submit that info when I signed up or during the months but after reviewing the forums I got in contact with a rep over the phone and was able to have it all cleared up very very quickly. Much respects to your team I just think the automatic pending status needs to coincide better with the alerts so I don't end up disputing it with my work.
