Their scam has upgraded! This company is a scam through and through!
Please do not be scammed by them. Initially they will pretend to be the nicest staff there is. They will be very attentive. After a few months of delay tactics, they will say oh... this process takes time. Eventually after 2 years, they will be totally uncontactable until... they try the next scam! Recently they called me back and claimed they have managed to help me retrieve my bitcoin funds. I was very happy of course. However, as the person revealed more about how they managed to do it, things began to not add up.
Then they wanted to get on a call with me to "help me get my fund" where they have to access my bank account!
OMG red flags abound. So I asked them to verify themselves and he sent a crappily photoshopped ID card!
Scammers do not trust them or pay anything, they cant do anything for you. They will send 2-3 letters to you to send to your bank and they when bank refuse those letters they will say that they cabt do anythinh for you and they will close your case. Hope they will get what they deserve one day for scamming people.

Believing these people was the biggest mistake of my life. They will fool you emotionally and take out everything that you have with you in the name of recovery.

Hi all, this feedback is based on my personal experience. I contacted the company in Sep, 2022 and I explained my situation to them. The person on the phone assured me that they can help in getting my lost funds. Now is 2025, May. In the interim all they did was sent me letters that I needed to send to the relevant authorities. This obviously didn't work. Also, I did pay them around 1.2 k Eur to help me get my funds back. I believe that this company cannot be trusted and today I got a notification from them saying that they closed my case. I would encourage all not to trust this company as they are not up-to the mark. They will sound very convincing at first but no results.

Fake company. They will give you the run around forever until you give up. They have been pulling my case for over 2 years. They sent 1 generic letter which looked like they used a thesaurus on every second word. Totally a waste of time and money. They stopped responding all together and wont give you the money you paid them or help you reclaim any money. Rotate you through multiple agents. You have been warned.
