I have had the same bad experience as others with Paws Pet Supermarket. I received my goods promptly but then they took the same amount of money again off my card the next 2 months. It is not a mistake as they would have you believe its a scam and as many people don't check their credit card statements they get away with it. They never answer the phone. They did reply to my email promising a refund but this did not happen. I have reported them to the fraud department of my credit card company. Don't use them, there are plenty of other good pet websites.

I have been charged 5 times for something I bought in Feb. Each month they have charged me again and this month twice!
The 2 dog beds I received were not the size I wanted and took ages to come.
Have had to get onto my credit card company to get them to try and get my money back.
Very annoying - DO NOT USE!
Wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing from Paws Pet Supermarket. Item received and money taken from credit card only to be taken again one month later. They are impossible to contact via phone and I have emailed. Reading the other reviews, I don't expect to hear from them. Am contacting my credit card company to report them.
I have had similar experience from this company. Bought goods in January with my credit card (which very rarely gets used) just found out they have automatically taken the original amount of money on my card for the past seven months. I have contacted my bank and the Trading Standards who advised me to send a letter via recorded delivery giving them 7 days to refund. If I don't get the refund within the time limit I will have to contact the Trading Standards again. As in previous reviews I contacted them by email and received a reply, "refunded within the next 5 days and a £5.00 gift voucher" I don't think I will need the voucher. -5 stars they are fraudsters
Ordered rabbit hutch, money taken, no hutch they don't answer phone and I feel conned, no response to emails either!
I brought a dog bed of very poor quality only to be charged twice 1 month after another, i would never have known if it wasn't for my bank fraud squad contacting me. They never answer the phone so i sent them an email, my bank had advised me that somebody from that company would of had to sit there and retype in my details so if they ever say to you its a system failure don't believe them, they replied back to me as i threatened to take leagal action and stated my money would be back in my account within 5 days so lets see, they even gave me a £5.00 gift voucher, i will never use this site again and warn you all to not buy from there, this company is appaling
I bought a dog bed back in Sept 2011 and the payment was taken on purchase, I have just had my October credit card statment and a further payment has been taken. I have emailed pawpetsupermarket and given them a day to response otherwise I will contact the police. I will not use this site again.

I ordered a cage on 27th of november and had been waiting 4 weeks for my item to arrive i contacted pawspetsumpermarket through phone and all i got was an automatic service saying '' Sorry all are advisers are busy please email us and we will get back to you'' therefor i emailed them numerous of times i did eventually get a response i asked them where my item was and it had not been recived, they then told me the manfacture don't build them anymore. Pawspetsupermarket still took my £183.00 out of my bank. A lady called Claire said she was cancel my order and refund me by sending a cheque out i was not happy about this i told them i won't they money back on my debit card. Then a few days later i get another reply for a lady called maxine saying i would have to wait for my money to go back on my debit card, as i cancelled the order in FACT I WAS NOT THE ONE WHAT CANCELLED THE ORDER CLAIRE WAS. I had to get onto the phone to bank and trading standards soon as i threatend petpawssupermarket by the bank and trading standards and waited a few days i was refunded £183.00 after waiting for weeks. Discusting company and rude sales advisers would defnitley would NOT recommend these to anyone. STAY AWAY.
If you want a good pet website and fast delivery there is one called equinefelinecanine i have used these and they are brilliant.
