Sbe offered me a voucher to use on my next order. I use patpat often, it will come in use! The customer serivce is always friendly and helpful. They respond in a timely matter

I order over six weeks ago. Still no delivery. I realize delivery we be slower with Covid 19 but I have received all my other packages in a timely matter. They should say order a size bigger because delivery takes so long. I will never order from Oat Pat again! So disappointed in this company.

I order over six weeks ago. Still no delivery. I realize delivery we be slower with Covid 19 but I have received all my other packages in a timely matter. They should say order a size bigger because delivery takes so long. I will never order from Oat Pat again! So disappointed in this company.

After two successful years of getting family (10-12 people) matching Christmas pajamas this year was a real disaster. The company cancelled part of the order, giving me no opportunity to cancel the whole order and then sent the rest even though i tried repeatedly to cancel the entire order. When the order arrived, i refused it at the postoffice but i was still charged and now i am fighting for the refund.

They authorized the payments but I have no shipping information all my items are still in the kart. They have to be a scam or maybe people catch them on a good day because I feel dumb! Hi, I have ordered so many items because my granddaughter had grown out of everything. Unfortunately, it has been about six weeks since confirmation of my order and I still have not received anything. It's impossible to contact them, causing me a lot of stress, so I had to go out in this covid 19 situation and shop for other clothes. I am sure, if I eventually receive the items from this company, my grandchild would have grown out of them. I would not recommend using this company again.

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on April 6th. I reached out to the company and they told me it was on backorder apologized and gave me a 10% coupon. Not sure why I had to reach out first to get a status update. I reached out to them again to see if its been shipped. Attached picture is what I was emailed. I find this irresponsible and unprofessional. I understand mail has been delayed but this is going close to 2 months. You should inform your customers of the status and not have customers have to contact you for an update.

I bought my daughters clothes from Canadian PayPal site but it got me charged US$ after showing the price in Cdn$. Most of clothes were too small even after I bought two size bigger. Tried to contact but couldn't get any response so I gave up calling customer service. I will not recommend this site to anyone. It's totally rip-off.

I have attempted to speak to customer care about a discrepancy in my account 3 times. Twice they hung up and once made a general excuse. My issue remains unresolved. Will not use them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your time with customer support. It is a waste of time and effort as they do not care! Read your disclosures! Most of the fabric is cheap and wears after one or two washes.

This was my first time ordering their stuff look really cute. However I placed an ordered in April and still nothing if been emailing customer service with no reply at all. Worst service. It has been greater than 60 days since I ordered and I am still waiting for delivery! Since I have reached out to customer service quite a few times and yet still no response. I fear by the time I get my product it will no longer fit my child. This is not ok! The items have not even shipped yet and I am unable to even get ahold of anyone to just get a refund of my money.

I wish I could give negative star. I placed an order in mid of April and my order is still somewhere in delivery. I hate it. My daughter outgrown the sizes because I bought some of them for our occasion. I hope after waiting that long I find the quality reasonable

When you see a website with a timer "24 hours until end of sale", and everything is so cheap, you should know it's a scam. Unfortunately, the pictures were so cute and the prices were so low, I got played like a fool. The clothes is made from cheap (and mostly polyester) material, and the sizes are all wrong. Everything is too big. I ordered clothes for my baby girl, sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months, and the clothes I got is for 1-3 years old kid. It was an expensive lesson - never buy from web sites you never heard before. Also, they are doing amazing stuff with false reviews... Avoid!

I made my purchases April 17,2020, I still don't have my purchase and today is June 20,2020. I have written several times and finally got a response May 23,2020 with a tracking number and they gave me a $10 refund encouraging me my order will arrive soon. Still no package and it's almost a month later. I have written and no response.
The weird thing is the package made it to the states; it's sitting in California. At first I thought is it being held for quarantine?,, give it two weeks and I should have it, nope no package a month in California is unacceptable. Does anyone know how to contact an actual person for PatPat?

I bought from PatPat website some kids stuff, at the checkout I saw a total amount and free shipping, but when I press order it start showing me that I paid for delivery.

I had placed my order in early April, now I know that with this pandemic going on that delays are expected but after two months have past I was getting a little weary... Keep in mind I've been checking the tracking every second day or so because it's been taking so long, and today when I checked it it had said been delivered in Quebec. I live in Nova Scotia and I double checked all my email addresses and order confirmation and everything was correct so I'm confused and disappointed as to why my package got delivered in Quebec and not my place and I can't get a hold of anyone to receive it. Completely disappointed and most likely will not be ordering from here again as I wasted money on clothes that got delivered to someone else's door.

I alike another review I read. Placed an order on April 8 and PatPat received payment on April 9. It is now May 21 and I have still not received my order or a refund. I have sent several emails to customer service and ask of yet have not gotten a reply. This is so sad, because I have placed orders in the past and was very pleased with products and service. Placed an order in mid October, it's now 3 weeks down the line, shipment still not yet departed from country of origin! Ridiculously late! They keep you updated on the delivery, but nothing you can do to speed up the delivery! It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my nephew and it's now arriving late!

Would mot recommend ordering from there if you are urgently wanting the product!

I can't believe that PAT has such good reviews with such a terrible customer service and absolute fraudulent site. Be careful when you buy from this site. No customer service. They won't respond in most instances. The pricing is displayed in AUD but is not when their invoice comes in. There is a transaction charge on the card. Poor quality products whose sizes are in accurate on website. If you try to return they will say the item is bought on clearance when it will not be displayed anywhere on the site during purchase nor on the invoice. Its 15 days and my refund isn't in my account as yet. I have been constantly emailing you guys and your telling me to check with my bank and the bank didn't recieve a deposit from you guys. I do online banking and I am not even seeing it to. You can't treat customer who support you like that. I need to know about my money is it mines I work for it

I placed an order in early May and was so excited because of all of the cute things on their website. Here it is almost July and I still haven't received any of my shipment. I contacted customer support and they told ME to call customs and do my own research. They were nice enough to give me the customs phone number however. I won't be buying another thing from this company.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are constantly changing the delivery date. I order things that they had on their website. Then took my money and never told me that they didn't have the items in stock. When they finally got them items. They told me I would receive my items in a week. I ordered the items in mid April. I'm still waiting on my items. Only thing they keep giving me is new dates. I'm one pissed Customer... On May 23, I finally received my things. Which had been smashed and the shield looked as if it had been used because it had nasty stuff on the window of it. So, afraid to use because of what has been going on...

I have the app it's annoying your items will say shipped then a week later you will get a email saying it was just shipped. Every time I try to check my order status the app says sorry for the delay in updating shipping status are team is looking into for you. I made 5 separate orders to give them a fair chance I have only received 1order. I got it last week I made my orders only a day or 2 apart. When you try to use customer service there kinda rude there only answer is usually telling you to be patient. Well fix the stupid don't tell me my orders will be here on some made up date just be honest

Don't buy it unless you have 20 or 30 days to wait. The clothes did look just like the pictures. I haven't washed it yet but quality seems ok about the same as Walmart
