Why do you try to unreasonably flood a company that helps to obtain legal citizenship or residence permit under a state program?
I went through all the way with this company, from filling the application form to obtaining citizenship and investing in the real estate market in Slovenia as a citizen of this country.
My name is Deepak, I have lived for 6 years in Sweden for my studies and even a little for work. On my second year, I definitely decided that I will be doing business in the EU.
I did not have enough money for investment programs for 500 000 EUR so I found a cheaper way. I found a lawyer who worked in Passportes. After analyzing my documents, he offered me citizenship of Slovenia, this is not Sweden, but it suited me perfectly. After first consultation, the manager sent me proofs, doesn't matter which EU country you have citizenship, you can live and work in any EU country anyway. With other info he attached this link: https :// en. Wikipedia. Org/wiki/Citizens%27_Rights_Directive.
I have applied not only to Passportes law firm but also to several law firms in Slovenia, and they all sent me the same link to the state Slovenia website: http://pisrs.si/Pis.web/pregledPredpisa?id=ZAKO13. I was asked to fill out a form and provide all the necessary documents to select the optimal immigration program. I didn't even pay for the checking! To be honest, the fact that the company first checks the possibility of obtaining EU citizenship, and only then offers its services, pushed me to start with them. I checked if this company is legal and it is: https://www.bizi.si/ (on this government website you can check all companies).
As a result, I signed the contract on October 2,2019.
The lawyers began the procedure in middle of October, and a month later my documents were collected, prepared and submitted to the appropriate authority in the city of Ljubljana. I was still not sure about the final result, but when I got the approval about my case, I realized that I am doing right.
After that I waited a long time for an official invitation and an interview. I was promised 8 months, in fact it was 10 months, since government offices were closed during quarantine, which fully explains the delays in the processing of cases: https://www.gov.si/novice/2020-03-13-obvestilo-strankam-v-zvezi-s-koronavirusom-covid -19.
On August 19,2020, I received an invitation. I arrived in Ljubljana on the 25th. The lawyer met me at the Jože Pučnik Airport and brought me to the hotel. Immediately after half an hour, I was taken to the Slovenian language test (I advise you to come a day earlier so as not to run in a hurry) The next day I took my successful test results at the Center for Slovenian Language as a Second / Foreign Language and went with a lawyer to Upravna Enota. There I received a certificate of citizenship. In order to receive other documents and open a bank account, insurance, I had to stay in Ljubljana for more than two weeks, which I did not like very much, but given the circumstances and the fact that I cannot influence the work of government services, I calmly waited.
I was accompanied and met by the lawyer Ornik, to whom I express my special gratitude.
I am currently doing business in Gothenburg and have purchased inexpensive properties in Moravec and Vipava.
