FILE a complaint and freeze credit immediately!

File a complaint with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/?utm_source=takeaction#crnt&panel1-1
Then I recommend cancelling your credit card, as well as putting a FREEZE on your credit with all 3 companies ASAP.
I can't believe I fell for this, it looked official... it had a link to the real PDF forms that you fill out for your passport renewal. I am so angry at myself.
