Pasha Hawaii

I am posting on behalf of my mother, she paid several thousand dollars to have a vehicle shipped and had a terrible experience. She was promised a 24-hour notice of when the vehicle would be delivered, but was only provided two hour notice. Upon the arrival the car's battery was dead and had to be replaced, the odometer had been disconnected for several days (which they would not explain why), and her personal items were also rummaged through and misplaced in a different location.

We sent a complaint letter to the manager, but they stated that they would not provide restitution despite the problems and inconvenience they caused.

We were highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend this company.

Shipped the truck from Hilo to Arlington Texas. The website told me the truck would be there on the 27th of July. After over an hour of conversations and multiple morons on the phone I finally found somebody who actually knew when my truck would arrive. I was informed my truck would be there 14 days later than the date stated on the website. No apology no worries on their side but that meant I would be stuck in Texas for 14 days waiting for my truck. The person on the phone didn't seem to care at all that they inconvenienced me two weeks and I would have to pay for a hotel for that amount of time. Pasha is a horrible company and they have proven that customer service doesn't exist.

Paid Pasha Hawaii $2772 to ship my car from TX to Maui. Not only was the shipping delayed by 3 weeks (with them telling me they didnt know what happened or where my car was at one point or another), but when I came to retrieve my car in Maui, it could not be started due to a broken timing belt (several inches of teeth were shredded). Also the gear shifter was manipulated with. It was stuck and was forced resulting in damage. I was told it was my responsibility to get a tow truck and take my car to the repair shop. Cost me a great deal in repairs and headache. Pasha shifted the blame on my car and denied all responsibility saying their contract excludes ALL mechanical and internal damages! My car was in perfect working order when I dropped it off. I received poor customer service when contacting Pasha for any updates and claims. Pasha abuses their power over their customers as this is a monopoly business. They are very unethical in how they run their business and could care less about your property. BEWARE!
Next time I will take my business to Matson.

Shipped two cars from HI to CA. GREAT customer service and care of both vehicles. Nothing like the negative ratings. Can't go wrong!

Pasha Hawaii is the worst shipping company we have ever used. It's been a week now since our truck was supposed to arrive and during this whole time we have been waiting no one can tell us where it is or when it will be arriving. We are in the process of moving from Hawaii across the mainland and are stuck racking up hotel bills while waiting for it to arrive. The company won't even consider providing any kind of compensation even after we politely explained our situation. Do not use this company if you want your car to arrive on time.

My wife "shipped" her car from San Diego to Maui, her car made it to Oahu in 6 days,( Sept. 16) Here we are September 22nd and no one can tell us when it reaches the port of Kahului other than approximately Sept. 27, every time we call we get a different we call we get a different answer, we asked to talk to a "supervisor" and they just say they will escalate it... they have now escalated this 6 times... ZERO calls back about our concerns. When the car shipped from San Diego it was NEVER communicated that it would be a different ship that comes to Kahului and we would have to wait for a different ship that was doing a round trip from Oahu to California... GREAT! My wife goes back at least once a year for an extended period and ships her car, won't use pasha again

Oakland CA to Hilo Hawaii. On time... At pickup pasenger head light unit was smashed in and bumper pushed in. Pasha said head light on 2006 car was old and would only pay half repair cost. Bumper not their problem. Shops in Hilo did not want to deal with a Pasha claim. Because of dificulty dealing with them in past.

I was in a rush to get my truck to Maui and could NOT afford any delays,as I have had with competitors. I'm currently using my truck tomshuttle supplies and medical aise, toys, books, food etc to those in desperate need on west side Maui. THIS WAS A SEAMLESS,PROFESSIONAL,EXPERIENCE!
Ps I don't want to include my proof of purchase publicly. If required or need ed please ask I will redact receipt form the naysayers...
