Great Customer Service. I received my order within 2 days. Appreciate the Tracking number being sent to my e-mail as well. I will definitely continue to buy from them.
We have a church VBS, and we used Partypalooza to order supplies & decorations On july 2, they never contacted me about receiving the order until July 12, delivery was supposed to be on the 16th, USPS. Came- no package! Everything was needed by tomorrow! We would not have use this company had we known there would be a huge delay! We called toll-free number, you can only leave a message- no response. We reached out on Facebook instant message- no reply!
