Not only did I have to call 4 times, but I had to call the store on Colonial (Fort Myers, FL) and spoke with a the fastest talking lady every (Collene) - She lacked courtesy and technically didn't care about me as a customer. (I was told Collene was the Manager) She stated she could cancel my order (But didn't, I had to) She told me I couldn't have the balloon delivery at 8am because her store doesn't open until 10am and that they 3rd party vendor wasn't allowed in the store before it Open to pickup orders. Nope, they couldn't accommodate me with the balloons of my choice, for a time frame of 8am because they couldn't guarantee the balloons would last 24 hours, if I received them the day before. So, I couldn't have the balloons of my choice at 8am and they couldn't guarantee they would last if delivered the day before. Somehow, as the consumer I was to know the life of balloons and the hours of delivery. (Which was guaranteed by On Line Ordering Team!) Collene did attempt to give me the SPEED TALK CRASH COURSE and seemed irritated that I even called her store to make adjustments or a complaint and was annoyed before I could even tell her what the issue was. It's BALLOONS, that should have been for a FESTIVE TIME but now I have to take my business elsewhere. The online ordering SUCKS! If you want to make a delivery time change after ordering on-line, YOU have to contact the store. If you need a copy of your confirmation (Didn't receive it the 1st time because agent entered email address incorrectly) they have to screenshot the invoice. The agent could not update the email address nor could she send me the CANCELLATION!

JUNE 21ST: Order placed for 45 inflated balloons to be delivered on July 4th between 2pm and 4pm.
JUNE 27TH: i received a email stating that my balloons were delivered.
Placed a call to Party City to advise of email received. I was concerned because emailed stated that balloons were delivered and it was on the wrong date. Spoke with Party City employee to address the issue, and was advised to disregard email, and she confirmed that my order was received and will be delivered on July 4th between the hours of 2 pm - 4pm as requested.
JUNE 28TH: Call placed to Party City Corporate office to ensure my order will be fulfilled. Left a message on Corporate voicemail / NEVER received a return call.
JUNE 28TH: Placed another call to Party City (Cleveland Steelyard) spoke with Manager on duty. She confirmed once again that my order was received and will be delivered on requested date.
JULY 4TH: At 4:00pm, placed a call to store ( my party starts at 4:30pm), was advised that they will need an extra 30 min to an hour to blow up the balloons and another hour to have them delivered.
JULY 5TH: NO BALLOONS! Called Party City to inquire about the missing balloons. I was told, they use a 3rd party for delivery (UBER) and my order was not picked up, and that I would be refunded 3-7 business days. No apology, NOTHING! To top it all off, this Manager was very rude, hung up on me, then placed me on hold without warning.
LET'S JUST SAY... I WILL NEVER CONTACT PARTY CITY FOR ANYTHING, EVER!.
