I have been ordering from this company for about 2 years now. Every part that I ordered from them was correct, and took about 6 business day to receive. I ordered a starter for my 1999 mountainer and it went bad after 1 year. I contacted parts train and told them that the starter went out. They shipped me another starter with no problem. I give this company a thumbs up. You have my business from here on out. Thank you for great customer service.
Horrible mis-leading and incompetent company! They list an item as "In Stock", yet it only means the part exist in reality... somewhere! They quote a shipping timeframe, but when that doesn't happnen, they blame the OEM because, again THEY CARRY NO STOCK. The only thing honest about this company is the name; trains were the fastest mode of transport back in the 19th century and this company moves at about that speed!

Ordered part and then looked for reviews. Asshat backwards. After reading these other reviews left on here I obviously got nervous. What happened tor me was the exact part ordered arrived in less then a week direct from the manufacturer. It is now out of the hands of Parts Train. I'm guessing this is the review site you go to if you only want to find negativity. In which you can find on anyone.
Best online company I have worked with. Delivered what i ordered. Did exchanged promptly. In some cases allowed me to keep the defective part when it wasn't expedient to return it and they sent me the good part,

This site came up in a Google search when I needed to see if a part that was stolen off my car was available. Using their live chat, I got my questions answered to my satisfaction, so I ordered the part. I guess the price was reasonable (not comparing other parts sights for a price), enough that I could afford it. It arrived in a very timely manor and yes, I was able to put the part on myself (as I was told). Now my car is whole again. #very pleased #veryhappy. I bought a Rear driveshaft for my 2005 Volkswagen Touareg. Everywhere I went said this repair would cost nearly 1000 dollars. The part alone costing 400-500$. I got my replacement driveshaft for $257.00 from parts train. After buying I was skeptical because the price was so cheap and I kept seeing all the negative reviews on this site. But I received my part fast and in excellent condition. I ordered this part on thursday evening and received it Monday. My car is driving great! I am so happy with the results..
Ordered wind guards on a Friday, had them on Wednesday. They don't ship on weekends, but first thing Monday I received an email letting me know that my order had just shipped. On Wednesday my order arrived. They sure weren't kidding " ships in 1-2 business days. Thanks for the quick service.
I ordered a Radiator for my 2002 Protege5 at a little more than half the prices of the local shops. It arrived two days later with no damage and fits perfectly. None of the issues as stated in the other reviews.
