I have been ordering from this company for about 2 years now. Every part that I ordered from them was correct, and took about 6 business day to receive. I ordered a starter for my 1999 mountainer and it went bad after 1 year. I contacted parts train and told them that the starter went out. They shipped me another starter with no problem. I give this company a thumbs up. You have my business from here on out. Thank you for great customer service.
Horrible mis-leading and incompetent company! They list an item as "In Stock", yet it only means the part exist in reality... somewhere! They quote a shipping timeframe, but when that doesn't happnen, they blame the OEM because, again THEY CARRY NO STOCK. The only thing honest about this company is the name; trains were the fastest mode of transport back in the 19th century and this company moves at about that speed!
I ordered a cylinder head for a 87 Escort, not easy to find but they could get it for cheaper than Rockauto where i normally order from. I received an email after the order that said my account would not be charged until i received tracking information, my account was immediately charged with no tracking info provided. I was concerned so i contacted them, they assured me everything was good to go and continued to stay in contact until i received my part. It was the correct cylinder head and it has worked just fine since installed.
