Well packaged, fast delivery, exactly what I ordered. Install was very quick and easy. I received my part in a couple days after I ordered it.

After the initial email never had another one regarding shipping, etc.Part arrived in a box that looked like it was wrapped by a two year old and thrown down a few flights of stairs. Surprise! The part was incorrect, the return process is so difficult, I am guessing I will never be able to get anything back from them. They also keep 20% for the famous BS 'restocking fee'. Avoid using them. I should have read the reviews. Run away. You better have no issues and be 200% sure the part you order is correct. Otherwise you will lose your money and your time. They are not a normal honest business they are shady and profit from the lack of help. Plus they make you return to WA state to discourage you from returning. Think about the shipping you will have to pay if you need to. You have been warned!

Do not order from this pretend company. It is a total scam. They have a fake phone number and run some back alley scam deal.
Placed an order. IMMEDIATLEY called to cancel. Person on the other end who sounded like they were on a cell phone said just send an email. I had already sent one. I told him that. He said they would take care of it. I got shipping information the next day from them. Replied to that email to cancel. Package arrived and I refused delivery. They've not responded to one email, but they refunded me LESS the amount I paid. I'm assuming for shipping fees even though I called and emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase. I've already started they dispute process with on my credit card. Do NOT use this company.
The wrong part was sent for my washer lifters. They actually sent a more expensive one for a different model. Four phone calls, 5 emails and all you get is an "exchange policy". DO NOT ORDER from this company. Had to conctact my CC company and dispute the charges.

I ordered two refrigerator bins from this company using the model number and picture of the item according to their website. Both items came quickly.
One of them was correct, and the other one looked absolutely nothing like what was pictured on their website. It didn't even fit in my fridge. When I communicated with them that they had sent the wrong part, the replies were short, and rather unhelpful. After going back-and-forth, I discovered that according to four different review websites, this is common practice for this company. They send out the wrong part, and then, when you want to return, they make you pay the return shipping and then you lose 20% of the cost for their "restocking fee", even though it was their mistake.
I've never once dealt with a company that has the customer pay return shipping for a mistake on the company's part.
The best thing is, they've been doing this for years and when the Better Business Bureau and the credit card companies contact them, they like to tell them that the customer is lying and the customer is using the part but still wants a full refund.
Please please please don't use this company. They are getting away with fraud and they are miserable, disgusting liars.

I ordered a agitator base for an Amana washer. It arrived broken. I reported to UPS hoping they could handle it, but after a week I called parts IPS. Answering the only phone number on their site was a terrible representative who said his name was "John." John wasn't listening to my explanation and seemed to be rushing me off the phone. He explained that I had to send an email and his manager takes care of these issues even though there was no manager available for me to speak to. I've send multiple emails explaining the situation with no response. This store is a total joke. DO NOT USE.

They shipped my products so fast! I ordered last week and my order was not small because I was in need of many appliance parts. My transaction faced no isses and it was a smooth process. Less than a week, I received all my parts right at my doorstep. So grateful for the swift delivery!
I don't want to recommend this company. I lost a customer and lost money due to this company. I received the canceled item after some time and took the money from my Cradit card. I have sent several emails to return the wrong item, but there has been no response. I am writing to make sure that no one suffers the same damage as me. Never order anything here.

I placed an online order and within 4 hours i realized i didnt need the parts. I called them to cancel but was instructed to email the order desk and cancel that way. Was told id receive a confirmation email. A confim of what exactly? That you got it or of the cancel? The cancel i was told. I called back half hour later to check and they said id receive an email that it was cancelled. Well that didnt happen and received an email 24 hours later that it couldn't be cancelled and here's your tracking #. They wont respond to emails and Visa wont dispute the charge as PARTSIP site says its "at their discretion to cancel an order" do not order from these scammers

I ordered a Dacor oven part (bake element). I gave PartsIPS the model number of the oven and they sent the incorrect part. They want me to pay for the return shipping of the part which is more than the cost of the part. I would not do business with this company.
They will take your money immediately...part will be way Late! Well I should say they never send your part...days after it due u get a notice from UPS they shipped a empty box!really WTF...you call them...they never answer the phone...u Email for refund...there answer is...

Ordered parts for a customers dryer and after three months of them extending delivery dates by 20 days at every inquiry I lost the customer and the parts were never shipped even though they took payment in less then one hour of the order and stated all parts ordered were in stock. They never answer the phone and when you finally get someone they say we will call you back and never do. After three months and told again part is on back order and they added another 20 days to delivery I had to cancel. Of course when you cancel the payment they took within a hour of the order 3 months earlier they said will take 10 to 14 business days. Will never order there again.

I ordered two parts on 23 Mar 2022, Washing Machine Top Panel Cover Part# MCK******* ($101.19) and Washing Machine Dispenser Cup Part# MBL******* ($14.42) and paid $12.99 for 3-5 day shipping. Both parts showed IN STOCK on their website. I received the Dispenser Cup 7 days later, but no washing machine top cover panel. I emailed them on 31 March and explained I didn't receive my entire order. They responded by email and said the part shipped under the same tracking number I already received. I called them on 31 March and spoke to Sam, who said he would check on the status and then hung up. When I finally got through to them again, which took over an hour, Sam told me I wouldn't have it until the second week of April. He would not take a cancellation over the phone and refused to refund the shipping. Rude and absolutely piss-poor customer service. They did not deliver as promised and do not hold themselves accountable.

The part that they sent was not the same part that they pictured on their website. The part number matched, but the part that they shipped was different in several ways. After going back and forth with them over a two-week period, they finally agreed to refund my money if I paid for return shipping. I had to point out to them that their practices are akin to false advertising. I paid the return shipping and returned the part as instructed and then waited 10 days. I was assured that I would see a refund to my credit card within three or four days after they received the part. They never refunded my money so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I would never do business with these people as they are unprofessional, unethical and unwilling to listen to reason. This is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my many years on this earth.
