Received 2.5 10 gig rebuilt drive for my vs880 recorder (a hard item to find). Price better than drives from private seller, and 6 months warrenty. Came days before expected and is in machine and working well so far, all goes well gonna order a backup.
I ordered a battery and this company sent me the wrong battery, they have a fake phone number you can't talk to a person you can only email them in which they will tell you to send back there mistake at your own cost and than they will get back with you via email. I payed for faster shipping only to get my money back two weeks later and no compensation for time trouble or money! If i can help someone avoid this company I WILL!

Ordered a laptop battery and they sent the wrong one. Told me to send it back and they would re-ship the correct one however, I had to pay for the return postage that they would reimburse me for. Partshardware never sent the replacement product and just credited me the price of my original order. This site/merchant is a scam. You send the product back to California but the phone number listed is New Jersey which is constantly busy. Will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs since I see others have had the same situation/problem. Probably ter.
Purchased iBook charger at a deeeeeeply discounted price. It died within a month. Silly me, I got what I paid for. Such a waste of time!

I ordered two iPhone chargers that needed to be 6ft in length as stated in the item description. After getting two 4ft cables in the mail they stated they would exchange them and the cost of having to ship it back to them. I sent the RMA in and they did not send me the correct items just refunded my money, minus the shipping cost to send the products back. So I spend 5 dollars to ship your products back to you, i. E. I wasted 5 dollars thanks for nothing.
