I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
Check out their reviews all negative except the obviously fake ones. I ordered a K&N air filter. It would not fit my truck, way too big. Their charts are wrong. I think they sent me one for a V8 instead of a V6. Anyway they refused to exchange or return because it was outside their 30 day return window even though they sent me the wrong part. Don't ever do business with this company, you will regret it.
Parts Geek made it right. This morning I received a prepaid return label for the part I am returning. I am pleased with their response.
I ordered a dual mask fly wheel from Parts Geek. The fly wheel turned out to be an incorrect part for my car. Although the year make and model of the vehicle was correct and even the correct type of engine (BRM). So what was the problem? The fly wheel was for a standard transmission and not an automatic. The description on the Parts Geek website didn't state whether the fly wheel (part # dmf072) is for a standard or automatic transmission. But there is a picture of the fly wheel in which you can see that it is probably not for an automatic transmission if you are familiar with VW parts. I can't understand why they didn't simply describe (part # dmf072) is for the standard transmission like they described (part # dmf092) is for the automatic transmission. If you don't work on the VW engines on a regular basis, you may do what I did and order the wrong part. I have no problem admitting when I make a mistake. But what I don't understand is why Parts Geek did not adequately describe this particular part so that their customer(s) isn't stuck with return shipping cost. I would like to think that satisfied customers are the reason businesses exist.
Tip for consumers:
I ordered the second part before discovering all the negitive reviews on this website.

I ordered the correct part and delivery is pending.
It was looking like only half my order would be arriving. But today the second control arm was shipped. Thanks
I called PartsGeek on the phone for clarification of a potential replacement left fender liner and the customer service representative was helpful and ordered the part. Unfortunately he did not inform me that the UPS ground delivery of the $25 part was going to cost $80! I only found this out after the invoice was sent to me several hours later which was too late to alter the order. Trust me I would never pay $80 for UPS ground delivery of a 3 lb part. I talked with Steve at Customer Service when I received the invoice and he worked diligently to help me. While the order could not be altered he negotiated a reasonable UPS ground delivery rate for the part which made the 40-50% savings advertised on their site more of a reality. The part arrived quickly and was a good fit. Thank you Steve and PartsGeek!
Hi there! I purchased an item which (my fault) was the wrong item. I have it boxed and placed the RMA number on the outside of the box. Where can I bring it to mail it back to its address and will it be free to return this product and getting the part I originally needed?
The first time I dealt with Partsgeek a couple of weeks ago, I was extremely happy with the item I ordered, the delivery time and especially the price. Now I have ordered and received a part for my other vehicle but it is incorrect.
The first item was a very expensive rearview mirror for my Ram 2500. It was $537 at the dealer but got a aftermarket from partsgeek for only $110. The guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. Came quickly, looked virtually identical to the original and was installed with no problem. Saved me a ton of money.
This time I have received a window regulator for my Sebring and the shop says it's the wrong one. Don't know why because their website shows it should be correct. Now I have to ship back the regulator at my cost and getting an RMA wasn't terribly difficult. I don't like the idea of having to pay shipping costs on a wrong part plus the hassle of boxing it up and taking it somewhere to be shipped. I would prefer getting a "pick up" tag so that UPS or whoever could just pick it up from my house. Now I'm afraid to order another one and have my money tied up for 2 regulators at the same time.
I will probably deal with this company in the future but order only by phone, not use the website. If a part is listed, they need to be a bit more clear as to what model it fits.
Edit: I returned the incorrect window regulator and received a credit immediately on the day they received it. Despite costing me $12 (and the inconvenience) to ship, I will continue to use this company for my parts. I've always been treated well on the phone and they have saved me an incredible amount of money.
I would strongly suggest calling to order a part rather than trusting the website.
I ordered two hatch struts and a console latch. Shipping was somewhat slow, but parts arrived in good condition as ordered. I received both struts and the latch for $30 less than ONE strut was priced with our Ford dealer. Very pleased with the order... they were also the brand as the original struts on the car. Not an after market brand.
I received a damaged radiator that obviously was damamaged in transit. Other with dealing with lack of live phone support and communicating only thru emails, I have nothing bad to say. My credit card was refunded the entire amount in a matter of days. I have ordered several other parts from them for both of my vehicles with no other problems. I do not work for them in any fashion nor do I have any other connection outside of being a consumer.
Well, as it turns out the motor assembly I ordered for my van was NOT the fault of Parts Geek, I apologize for bad-mouthing them. Further investigation revealed Cardone, the manufacturer of the assembly is the party at fault here. When I called them Cardone could neither confirm nor deny the part THEY specified was correct... what the H3LL! If I had purchased a Jap car I bet this would never have happened. I will not buy another Ford, GM or Chrysler product ever again. I've been buying American cars since I graduated college back in 1980 but after all the blood, sweat and tears I've suffered over maintaining these vehicles I AM OVER IT! My wife's 2000 Toyota Tacoma truck has never been in the shop for a problem, ever, can't say that for any of the 17 American vehicles I've owned thus far. My next vehicle will be a Toyota... sorry Ford, GM and Chrysler, ya'll had your chance and you blew it.
Maybe this is a fluke but am surprised to read these bad reviews about Parts Geek. My experience with them was good. I ordered several parts from them for my Mercedes 300D including 2 rear axles. The axles were A1 Cardone with $60 core charge each. I returned the cores and got my $120 core charge back. I can't think of anything negative to say about them other than it might have been hard to contact them by phone but they always responded to my emails.
Purchased front " ZIMMERMANN " brake rotors for a BMW and they warped in less 2 months. They offered no help and do not back up the products they sell!. WARNING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE.
