Parts People

Seriously, I cannot recommend Parts-People enough. I provide desktop support for a 200+ employee company and we use almost entirely Dell computers. Once warranties expire I can fix pretty much any problem that arises.

This was the second LCD screen I have purchased and it was installed without any issue. Looks just like it did when it was brand new. This wasn't my first purchase, and won't be my last.

I ordered a video card from them that worked perfectly but was too large to replace the computer cover. I wrote them an email and called them as soon as they opened for business at 10am CT. They had already read my email sent just before 10am CT, they then sent me the correct part free of charge and return shipping for the wrong part... no questions asked. Definitely will do business with this company again. Great people on the phone, no waiting, 5 star service. All this for a video card that cost less than $40! AMAZING!

I have ordered from this site several times. I have always received the correct part in a timely manner. Communication from the company regarding shipping and billing have always been clear. This site is easily navigated and comprehensive. The site is what gave me the confidence to fix my laptop on my own after Dell refused to honor their warranty and tried to charge me an insane amount to install a $40 piece of hardware. I have now repaired that original laptop, plus upgraded 2 more with pieces from this site.

Delivery time is fast and effective. An order item was well protected and safe too. I am glad to receive this order item on time but I came to know that I accidently ordered a wrong item for me. So, I am returning back safely. However, delivery system of Dell corporation is highly appreciated and I would be one of the customers in the future if I need something from here. Thanks

For some reason your web site would not recognize my service tag or express service code for my laptop. I relied on the fact that the web site said the screen was for a studio 1737. Unfortunately it was the wrong screen. It would have cost more to return so I just had to source from another vendor. I had a service tag of 4GYBH1.
