Getting billing and shipping addresses to be correct took a few tries.
I can order from others with paypal with no fee. I don't have that option with your setup. So I will have to mail a check!

with free shipping i will not buy from anyone else. a wider selection of different types of silver bullion would be nice. thank you

Your "cash" option leaves much to be desired, if paying with Money orders, and, I never use bank-wires. I buy from several dealers using Money orders, and, they simply keep a credit card number on file with my order preferences, etc. That way, should something go very wrong, they can always use the cc on record as a back-up ! (It never has!)

I formulate a more concrete opinion after my first order has been fulfilled and received.

I am pleased with my purchase. Prices a little higher than some other places though.

Both coins arrived in little plastic holders. Both plastic holders were split open by the time the package arrived at my place. Not a big deal but they could use less brittle plastic holders.

first time buying silver online..seemed easy to do, a fair shipping price..but the proof is in the pudding so i will just wait for the final result...just hoping the silver didnt come from china......ok just got my silver it took a just over 2 weeks,,the product was excellent,bright and shiney now that i have the silver i ordered i feel it was worth the price an wait..it silver spot spikes when the dollar fails these gram bars will be very conveinent...i will be buying more from straight silver again...

I failed to find a shipping cost area, would be nice to know beforehand the cost of shipping various purchases.

Shipped quickly, arrived well packed. I guess "Fine" is the lowest grade next to Cull. Not a big deal as I'm just after the silver content.

Product arrived in mint condition, but was not the product that I ordered. I am happy with what I did receive, but can not give 5 star rating due to the error in the product shipped. I would still recommend StraightSilver to others most highly nonetheless. Were I to have needed the exact product that I ordered, I might not have been as well pleased.

you are kind a expensive even you ship free so moderate your prices. if you look well you already calcolating on top of silver price lots of profit , do a little less profit and people buy more.. i am just trying your service lets see how long will take for your shipping now.

Web site said paypal was a possible payment method. I learned through telecon that you no longer accept paypal payment. Not a big problem, but when you get a chance update the listing of payment options. That\'s the only reason I didn\'t give a straight 5-star rating

Would like to see shipping cost a bit lower. I don' thave the capital to buy in large quantities so my shipping was almost half of the product price. I paid $10 for 15 grams of silver. For that much, it took 13 days to receive the product.

I normally provide this feed back once I have received the product but I am assuming all will be well with it.

This is one of the few sites I have found that has the 1/4, and 1/2 oz bars and doesn't require me to make a minimum buy of 500 oz or so. As I am not rich and just starting to purchase silver that is great

Your shipping rate seems to be a little high a lower rate would be a 5 star rating all around and i stopped looking at your site because it seemed like a long time before small quanities were in stock. Still a little better price than AMPEX and even less expensive than govmint.

I tried 3 times to do Paypal but I got an fatal error on your side, this was very aggravating so I had to do money order. I had no problem last time with you doing pay pal.

Order took to long, was told waiting on shipment of Libertads to arrive. I should have been informed of this and when the order shipped I should have been notified with a tracking number. I did receive a notification after I received my order. Also I ordered * **** Libertads but received * **** and * ****.

I would just like to see some more 5oz bars of sliver in stock other than that I have no bids of concern. I will be conducting more purchases.
