Im very happy with my dealings with Bob and the rest of his crew. Easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and fair price.
I ordered a platinum 1oz Australian coin unseen which was delivered to their shop 4 days later. I went to collect it and noticed part of the rim was damaged. Staff told me they had not noticed the damage, but they could nothing. I would lose my 20% deposit if I did not pay for the outstanding amount. This sort of practice should be illegal. In any case, they have lost my custom forever.
e-commerce flow has some confusing things (e.g. discounts aren't reflected at the cart level--you don't see it till you get to the confirmation screen
My experience was not great. I received the four silver coins I ordered in a single package not individually wrapped as the website describes them. As a result the got scratched so I am not best pleased with the order.
I had problems with processing my order, I originally wanted to order 10 coins. I was ready to spend 400 United States (aka weak currency) dorrers of my hard earned money on your Fu Doggity Dogg coins. I happen to like rare and exclusive pieces, as I find collecting silver is just as fun as investing in it. Well, I had problems with PayPal, then I called I was given an attitude.
I tried using the credit card option, it didn't go through. I wasted my precious time to order your silver. Well I like this Fu Dog enough to say well, let me at least try ordering one piece. I did it and it finally went through.
It was a overall pain in the behind to order from the site. I've ordered from APMEX, Provident Metals, and even ebay. Get your stuff together, have your webmaster check the site out. Also I live in the South Florida area for Chrissakes. I will not order from you guys again, unless you make another creative piece. Ha Ha.
i conatacted personel from your company you. well first they told me they ship free to puerto rico and when i buy from you i got a shipping charge, i send an email about why they charged for shipping when they told me it was free and they say that shipping to puerto rico had a shipping cost and it got me mad and confuse.
I noticed you are sold out or most of your stock. I woudl have liked to maybe put down 5-10 dollars to have my name on a waitinglist so that i would be contacted first for the arrivel of a product that i liked, then that deposit could go into the price of the product once i buy it.... also 10 for shipping is a lot
