Papertrue has a user friendly website that allows me to quickly & easily submit my manuscript, one chapter at a time, as I can afford to do so.). When I stipulated that I need an editor with Biblical knowledge who is skilled in editing end-rhyme poetry with a specific syllable count per line, they found the perfect editor, Debrah Tyler. And, as per my request, they send each chapter to that same editor (to assure consistency). I am completely satisfied.
I have ordered to edit a script in FDX format with 3 days turn around. Today is a day 5. I've got an email with "completed work " instead of edited script, I've got EMPTY TITLE PAGE plus ONE empty, white page! In MS WORD format! I called the number they have on a website. The person who answered, speaks English worse than I do. And English is not my original language! Instead of solving the problem, he starts to patronize me and delay time. I asked for a refund. I have a doubt I will ever see my money again!
I had a final paper that I wanted to make sure sounded good with little grammar errors and needed it in apa 7 format. I needed it back within 24 hours. The payment process was pretty easy. Uploading the paper and getting a quote was easy as well. I received my paper early which was awesome. I had two papers sent to me one with the errors written out so I could see what they changed and the other paper was the other paper was the final draft with all corrections added. My issue with this service is that they did not use apa 7 format in the paper. Before you submit your paper you can tell them what you want done to your paper. I told them that I needed my paper apa 7 edition format, they used an out dated edition, so I had to do the formatting myself, which was one of the reasons I paid for this service.
It was my first experience with this service or any service of it's type. Due to the nature of the project I had undertaken, I felt they were invaluable with their proofreading, but I like semicolons and thought that the inordinate amount of time they took trying to extract them from one chapter was redundant when I removed them since they were a distraction to the readers experience with the story, and not part of any rhetorical construct. If I use this service again it would be after I had completed several drafts of my document first--Live and learn.

Actually, I really love their feedback.
It is the best proofreading I have ever gotten.
But they made my paper revision later than they promised, almost one day late.
They notified me of the delay early, but I can not say that that was a pleasant memory.
I have willing to use their service again later because their revision itself was really satisfying.

The editor that revise the manuscript just followed the grammar and the words, without considering the meaning of the sentences.

The English review was careful, but the reviewer was not familiar with engineering terms. In some passages where there was a reconstruction of the phrase the text lost its meaning. This must have been due to the lack of familiarity with the topic. Nevertheless, there was a significant improvement in the text.

Some good piints were made. Some corrections didn't quite work eg poems reading, when it should be poetry readings

My evaluation about the proofreading services provided by PaperTrue was 'Okay' or 'Pretty good'. I was quite satisfied for the first 3 or 4 jobs. However, when I got a clean copy of my longer essay, the job was a bit shock. The final copy was not ready to submit - the table in the essay was broken without editing properly. Probably, the editor did not have a last check(?).
I have now a 2,000 word essay, but I am hesitating to ask PaperTrue, because if I might have another bad luck.
