www.noor-book.com is an online book seller. To my shock, i recently discovered that my book titled "English Phrasal Verbs English - Arabic" was being sold on this platform without my authorisation. Upon seeing my book on their platform, I immediately reached out to this company, requested an explanation as to why they decided to sell my book without my permission and request the immediate removal of my Book. They did not reply to or even acknowledge my email. I sent them a follow-up email and I still did not hear from them! I intend to report this matter to the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO). The IPO, as the official UK government body responsible for intellectual property matters, including copyright, can provide guidance on my rights and the potential actions I can take to get Noor Books to remove my book from their platform. I recently wrote a very negative review on this company due to them writing a plagiarized paper, they consistently tried not to pay me due to their error but after about 40 emails of fighting with them, threatening getting my attorney and writing negative reviews they eventually gave me a full refund, be aware this wasn't a quick process but be persistent if they write a plagiarized paper, if you can catch it in time they will happily revise it for you but it shouldn't be plagiarized in the first place or have as many errors as they do. Be sure to check for plagiarism in their papers before turning it in and have them revise it before deadline. I could NOT recommend this company for their services but be very cautious if you decide to take the risk. The guy who reads this site for the reviews on papers lead was the most helpful person in getting my refund and seemed to be the only one who could speak and write properly in English but as I said before be cautious when using this service and make sure you have time to check and revise their errors.
