I contracted this service to write a simple 3 page paper in a week. The sample below is an excerpt from the first paper:

"Because of "Frankenstein" being considered a singular performance by the author themselves, it leaves a great contribution to the volume of power and beauty used to execute the work to the public, while also acknowledging the execution of this work being imperfect and flawed. Imperfections on the delivery are noticed by the author of this critique to be the result of an "unpracticed hand". Along with the awkward placement of the story, there is also the issue that this type of story- jeu d'esprit, is not typically made in this form of style and structure."

I told them that this was not acceptable, they promised to get me a "TOP WRITER" and gave me a paper that started out with this hum-dinger:

" Frankenstein is a story that has a reputation again because of critical responses from the literal circles. The novel is a known romantic text because it uses the genre of literature. The first critique focused majorly on Shelley and Frankenstein to know the tale behind the novel authorship. The author of the novel suggested several themes, especially in the story "the modern Prometheus."

I will let you judge for yourself.

I had an urgent Order # ******* with them yesterday, for one single Statistics question and paid $56 on it. One of the writers (Writer ID #*******) took over my order. I gave the writer 24 hours for that single question. But in the end, the writer didn't do anything. The writer saw my message and ignore me as well. After the deadline passed, the writer just abundant my order and escaped.
I then contacted their support to file the complaint, but they didn't issue any punishment to the writer. They then help me to find a new writer, but the previous writer had already wasted me 24 hours, so there's only around 3 hours for the new writer to finish my homework. At the end, the new writer can't finish my homework by the due date ( 11:55 pm), i ended up submitting incomplement homework and submitting via email at the end (In principle, mail submission is not acceptable), i don't know if my professor would take it or not.
Anyway, i then contact their support again and complain that, why there's no option for customers to filter writers? Why there's no punishment for the previous writer who abuses my homework. But they didn't give me any explanation regarding that.

Guys, that means, if you place an order with them, there might be some jerks taking your order but end up doing nothing. This is a disaster! You can't filter a good writer, you can only wait for a random writer to take your order. And the writer won't get any punishment if they don't do anything after the deadline pass.

Think about that, u set up the deadline, and expect a paper, then the writer just escapes without any punishment. And you get 0 for that homework, it might force you to drop that course. Do you still want to use their service?

For me, i used them for 3 years, i trust them, their website was named essaypro in the past, it was good. But they update their website now. A terrible policy. Customer can't filter writer, can't do anything if the writer escape. My trust is crushed by this single assignment!

If I could give negative stars for PaperHelp's rating, I would. I paid $300 for a paper from PaperHelp. I gave them 4 days to complete it. I basically spoon-fed the "advanced" writer providing the instructions for the paper AND all of the sources needed to complete the paper. I get back a rough draft the first time that had no citations and footnotes in it. They also included information on topics that I did not want in my paper. I messaged the writer to take those topics out and use what I gave them. They did revise that. However, if they read the instructions, they would have seen that certain information had to be referenced in this paper and they simply did not do it. I messaged the writer who responded that it would be additional money because it would be 2 more pages. Are you kidding me?! If they had read the instructions in the beginning, they could have planned accordingly. I messaged the support staff who were completely useless and hardly speak English. I told them what the issue was and got 5 seconds of silence. Then I was told I had to pay the additional money to get the 2 pages. PaperHelp is a scam. Go somewhere else that uses writers in the U.S.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use PaperHelp. They classify writers as "advanced" when they are not. I provided instructions and sources for the writer and they continued to make mistakes and I had to pinpoint exactly what they had to do numerous times. Further, the writers are usually not located in the US so while they are able to read and write in English, you'll have to fix your paper due to grammar mistakes and terms used, etc. Finally, this paper was extremely expensive for all of the issues I encountered.

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. They charged my credit sales tax/VAT without my permission, but I live in a US state with no sales tax. I contacted them multiple times, but they gave excuses. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the additional charge. After a week they sent me a letter that I committed fraud and I need to pay them the full amount, but I only disputed the sales tax/VAT charge. I contacted them and they were rude and lied to me that I needed to pay the full amount and their system showed the full amount was disputed. They basically asked me to pay them twice. When they charge your credit card without your permission, they do not call it fraud but when you disputed the additional, unauthorized charge they call it fraud. This company is a joke. People be aware. They did not even offer me discount for my next order after they caused the inconveniences. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I used this website for an assignment I was nervous about completing in time. What a big mistake I made. The paper that was written was an extremely poor one that fell well below my expectations.
I had believed that I had ordered a Top Writer, but it is clear that the writer was totally inexperienced at essay writing especially for literature. Paragraphs were mostly incoherent, there were several extremely awkward phrases a native speaker would not make and half the essay was repetitive and regurgitive. It was also evident that the writer did not do much research for the paper and barely mentioned the primary text except in passing. As a literary analysis, a tenth grade student would write more sense. Overall, it seems extremely unfair to have been assigned a writer who was inexperienced and who was definitely not a native speaker to complete the work I requested.

I am so disappointed as the paper was expensive and I do not have so much time to write the paper myself but am now forced to. What a waste of money. Literally.
I feel totally cheated and ripped off by this company and would not recommend any one risk a big assignment with this company's writers.

I submitted for 2 papers, costing approx $800.1 paper was returned with a grade of 18%, and the other returned with a grade of 28%.
Trying to deal with customer service was useless as they just decided to have their own conversations rather than actually listening to my feedback. They offered me credit bak, but based on both papers, why would i risk that again when its already brought my grades down so much to almost fail. They offered me $100 as a refund which is completely unacceptable.

I sent the paper back four times for revision and each time the paper was still not correct. I attached the PDF with rules and the article to follow and the writer used outside sources and did not follow the format. I was very unpleased with my paper and I ended up submitting an incorrect/incomplete paper to my grading system. I explained to the writer the rules and guidelines multiple times and there was still confusion. I am very unpleased. I want a refund. I paid 116$ and the paper I received was not worth it.

I request a paper, and what they did is plagiarized that paper from another website, i got an F, when i asked to get my money back, because i almost got expelled they told me that the paper was right, and they could not do anything, and after 2 hrs to be with customer service they just stopped replying back, i used to be a loyal member but THEY ARE A SCAM DON'T DO IT, they say they will get my money back in 14 days lets see hopefully i can return and change this comment, but in the meantime they should fire that writer and those in costumer service

You will pay top dollar for a substandard paper written by a non-english speaker. When you point out their poor grammar or incomplete sentences, they will say "everything looks good". At this point you will have to highlight every single mistake they made in hopes that they can figure out how to correct it themselves... they can't. Eventually, you will grow so tired (3 days after the original deadline) of coaching their "advanced writers" through a paper, that you will simply give up. Here I am spending hours of my time editing the entire paper I paid top dollar for in hopes that I can make it appear that is was written by someone who understands the English language. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Don't use this site for help, as they are not trustworthy. If you ever have issues with them, they will threaten to post your paper and send it to Turnitin. They do not issue refunds for an unreasonable amount of time. Not only that, but writers sometimes have difficulty following instructions even if you explain them in detail.

The writer provided me with a subpar 6 page paper filled with redundancy and fluff sentences. After asking for, and receiving, a revision, I was told I need to pay an additional $100 to acquire the finished product.

The additional amount was not introduced to me until after I had accepted the paper. Which was a problem all on its own because since I'd approved it, I was not allowed to have a refund or receive the original paper in its place to stop the building headache.

Choosing PaperHelp in a time crunch turned out to be the worst decision I've ever made. Multiple projects left me desperate for assistance as the semester's end approached. I ordered a paper on March 19,2020 but due to an error about single space and double spaced paper, the price went up over $600 so I decided to cancel the order. That part was easy but actually getting the refund has been a big pain in the butt. I contacted support and they said that they gave me the refund but when I looked at my bank statement, they had refunded me then taken the money out again plus an international exchange fee of $2.03 all on the same day. So, basically trying to trick me into thinking I received a refund when actually I didn't, which I told to their support agent with a screenshot explaining my statement and how the totals prove they never refunded me. It is now April 13,2020 and they said on April 2,2020 that my refund would take 3-5 business days and if not then to contact my bank, I still have received nothing! Why would it be my bank's fault that I haven't received the refund back when it was proven that they are able to refund me but have chosen not to. They are a bunch of scammers and I didn't even actually use the service and they still won't give me my $200 back.
BEWARE! SKETCHY! Be prepared to lose money and potentially never get it back!

At the beginning of your order, they promise you with the best paper. After you pay to them, they start ignoring you and provide you with the worst quality paper. I have paid them for a TOP writer and and was promised to get the best paper. I got shocked when I read the paper and noticed that they just filled the paper with unrelated things just to reach the desired number of words. When I asked for a revision and provided them with all the instructions and comments, they ignored me and all the instructions. I kept begging them to revise the paper correct it according to the instructions for more than a week only to get a revised version where only few words were changed and not a single instruction was followed. When I ask them for a refund, they either ignore me or say its not possible. Knowing that I have paid them 1,499.48 USD for a TOP writer and the best service!

please avoid it. you can use any other site such as essaypro. you have been warned

Definitely had multiple issues before finding an above-average writer. I paid for a top writer and definitely did not receive that. After I handed in the paper that was written I received a fail grade and was charged 173$ usd for the work. Top writer, editor review, and almost all the extras. I also gave the writer over 2 weeks to write the 5-page essay. Not only did I not receive a university capable writer the writer literally made up citations and used nearly half a page in fill-in words to try and meet the word count. Upon this, I notified support like 3x and they did nothing except say the writer met the criteria. Lmao. I explained 3x how it was a horrible job and asked how the editor was even letting the work be approved. After complaining several times the support and writer asked for several extensions. I was able to provide two extensions as I gave myself a little time before the deadline just in case. Even after the extensions the work was still very bad. Again they asked for an extension but I couldn't do it a 3rd time because the paper was due. The horrible thing is I had to hand in the work and receive 40/100 otherwise handing in nothing would have been a 0. After all this and asking for a new writer which they wouldn't provide I had to go to extreme lengths and make multiple complaints to try and get a refund. A week and a half later I finally got a reply and had to upload a marked copy of the writer's work because they didn't believe me. After this process, the company then offered me an 80% refund or in-store -credit. Lmao. Do you think I want more work done after this experience? I had to refute the offer to finally get 100% of my money returned and was offered nothing else except we're sorry. Very bad customer service and very horrible relations between service and application of that service. The extra charges for editors and top writers or advanced writers are clearly a scam. I assume they just give your order to anyone who accepts it first and they don't care about the quality. I'm so upset I had to hand that in and accept a failing grade even after telling customer support 3x the writer was not qualified and the work is very bad. Why would they assign my order to someone not qualified after I made it for a top writer? I'm sure there are some writers that are qualified but not many and they're probably already recommended by clients they've done work for before and are unavailable. Do not use this website and use another one is all i can say.

I had the WORST experience with these people. If you're unhappy with the product theirs no way you can get money back, if you "revise" the information you have to pay even more money. I paid OVER 600 dollars for a horrible paper. I felt the person who wrote the paper was NOT experienced on the subject. After going back and forth with these people, and being completely UNSATISFIED with all of it, they still told me I had to pay because I wasn't "clear" on my instructions, when simply I was stating what I was unhappy about. For every revision you get back they try and charge you, even if you're being nice about what you don't like they insult you about you not "knowing" what you're talking about. I placed my order early February, and mind you it took TWO weeks to get back and TWO writers who constantly complained about me critiquing their work. I'm sorry but anyone who has paid over 600 for an "advanced" essay would do the same. I STILL WANT A REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO DO SO! The work is so mediocre. I beg anyone to go else where.
