I submitted 2 parts assignment and I paid for bundle service; the assistance agent Ruby convinced me pay for the bundle service instead of submitting 2 different tasks, and we discussed and agreed with the Tutor Leah to start part one with 6 pages, the Tutor did the 1st part with 8 pages "and this is not my fault" but she assure that this is fine and she will be able to submit the 2nd part, also from the beginning we agreed that the 2nd part will start on 8 or 9 April as I need to provide the some files to be able to work for 2nd part.
On 21 March part 1 was done but I couldn't review as it is PDF file and I can't download it as MS Word without releasing the payment, I asked Tutor Leah and she said it is fine to release the payment and she confirmed that she will be able to complete the 2nd part even if the payment released now.
On the 9th of April I tried to contact Tutor Leah however the chat box was disabled as the payment was released already, and I contacted the assistance agent Alice, she was very rude and didn't allow me to contact and talk with the author, also she ignored the whole scenario keep saying that the task is finished (while the true deadline is after submitting the files of part 2 on 9th of April), suddenly she said her shift is done for today and she left the chat! Send me to other agent who also refuse to let me contact to author or allow me to submit the files of 2nd part.

This task was task number 21, and I had a lot of issues with their selected authors before like submitting wrong files, using wrong citation or adding references list that they didn't really use in the submitted paper.
