My experience with Papayaone.
Ordered several items included two 8GB 5h Generation Style MP4 player for $55.29 each.
Paid for express shipping $50.00 and received two the above mentioned Mp3 player in 3 weeks???
That already bad for the money I spend on express shipping.
Both Mp4 player arrived defective useless poor quality, The customer service unwilling to accept the
fact. Avoiding to resolve the issues for several weeks. I'm out of $110.58.plus the charge of the express shipping and have two useless MP4 player. One don't hold the charge for more than 4-6 hours even if I turned off the player. Both unable to receive FM stations by auto tuning. Quality of the FM radio so bad if I can receive any at all. So much static noises it is worthless to listen it.
Unable to resolve the issues or refund and return the out of the box defective items.
Well if this not show up here in this review, then it will in several forums.
The issues here is the quality control before shipping,unreliable expensive shipping charges and the
biggest issue is the the quality of customer service.
