The food was awesome The service was good. Nice price.enjoyed the great meal. I haven't ate here in awhile
Pizza didn't seem fully cooked. Crust was limp and moist. Store was 10 minutes from where I live. I placed the order and immediately left the house to pick it up. Before I was even half way there I got a text that my order was ready. By the time I got home, pizza was barely warm. I doubt that I'll be back.
I ordered the stuffed crust pizza, the cookie chocolate chip, and the 15 breaded chicken nuggets that comes with your choice of sauce. But when you ordered jumps from 8 to 15 they don't think you need an additional sauce... so I order and pay for an extra sauce because I know they're too damn cheap to adding that the store. Although the Nuggets were almost double in size. And guess what happened to me my damn sauce never came to my house I called to complain and the person on the other end of the phone says well what would you like me to do about it? Give me my damn credit for the item that I did not receive or should you come out here with the 50 Cent item because y'all don't know how to read. Just dumb things like this are enough to set people off where they won't return and give their business again pretty damn sad hey.
I ordered an extra cheese and double sauce pizza. It was good but the sauce always gets soaked up to make it dry. Please when making a pizza add as much sauce as needed. The key ingredient for a great pizza

I am a frequent customer and love papa johns however during our visit onMay 2 2020 they were not wearing any face coverings and I think if we are going to support the business during this time they should be taking the precautions to keep us and themselves safe. This was the DeKalb Il location.
Pizza tastes really good but has a lot of grease on it! (Yeah, i know no pizza has no grease on it but this one has grease puddles on the pizza. Yuck!) The bread sticks are delicious and can help fill you up! Prices are so-so but on Mondays they have a $5.99 special for a large one topping pizza! I think it's a bit better than pizza hut but that's just my opinion!
I live in Chicago and this is one of my favorite pizza's. Chicago is none for their pizzas but I love Papa Johns!
Not the best pizza I've ever had, but probably the best of the major chains. I'm a very short drive from the local Papa's, but really happy with the site for deciding what I'll order + really handy when I do need delivery, which has always been prompt.
