Every word is my opinion of Panera Bread. "I rate Panera Bread a ZERO." I ordered a tuna sandwich with no onions, there was onions on one side of the sandwich and the bread was extremely hard and appeared to be old. The other side of the bread, the bread was not a full portion, very little tuna on the bread, bad lettuce, soggy, with bad/old tomotoes. I had to throw most of the sandwich in the trash. I did not get what I paid for. I wouldn't recommend Panera Bread in Fayetteville, Georgia to anybody. Whoever prepared the sandwich made it real sloppy and have a non caring attitude. Do better with the preparation of the food and give more tuna on the bread. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for robbing people out of a full portion of food which they pay for. The sandwich wasn't wrapped correctly and you could see the bread showing with tuna outside of the wrapping; how disgusting, inconsiderate and careless. Good riddance.
We were at the Topsham location on Sunday, November 13 and were disappointed with our meals. I had a sausage and pepperoni flatbread pizza which was served only slightly warm, generally did not taste very good and had very poorly distributed ingredients; a couple slices didn't have any pepperoni at all, and in some places there were very large chunks of sausage (almost golf ball sized) while other places had no sausage at all. There were 5 pizza options, none of which had the option to add vegetables (well grape tomatoes could be added to a couple of the pizzas, but not to the one I ordered). My wife had the Baja Bowl. The promo photos show a large, full bowl; her's probably had no more than 1.5 cups of food, not very much for $11, and the traste was "meh" in her words. My daughter liked her very small bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, but the bread was so tough that she could not actually tear a piece off to dip in the soup; she had to stick the end of the bread in the soup for a few moments to soften it up even to take a bite. My father-in-laws sandwich (not sure which one) was (shrug) "fine, I guess".
Overall, very disappointing.
We just came from your Bedford NH location. 11/10/2022. After waiting over 45 min. We got our horrible food. I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl. I got the bread bowl with not even a cup of piss warm soup in it. Bread with next to no soup in it. The bagets were extremely hard more like extremely Steel. Never again used to love the bead bowls when there was soup in them.
Ordered our son a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup. The bowl wasn't even half full and there was bare any broth in the soup. We asked if they could put more sour in the bowl and they said no, we only get two ladles in the bowl. To think we paid almost $10 for the soup and they don't fill the bowl! Unsatisfactory! Picture of soup in bowl on the website versus picture of what we got in the store.
I ordered a large salad for a big party and paid in full not only for the salad but also for delivery. We tipped 20%. The time for the delivery came and went, so we tried calling the restaurant repeatedly. They never picked up and actually hung up on us after about 20 rings each time. Eventually, we received an email saying, "Bummer. We received your cancellation…". We DID NOT CANCEL. Since we could not get the local store to answer the phone, we called corporate. A representative named Trent answered and in the most smiley voice ever informed me they cancelled because of insufficient staff. I understand staffing problems but why not let me know in enough time to make other plans? Why not send an email claiming responsibility instead of blaming me? Why not TEXT? My suggestions were met with a smiley voiced "Great IDEA! I'll pass that on to management." No apology, no attempt to make things right. Next time, I'll pass on ordering from Panera. I ran to the local grocery store and bought salad makings for half the price. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO GENUINE CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. No concern for terrible restaurant performance.
The flat bread pizza gave me food posioning and made me have diarrhea for 3 days straight. It was horrible. I'm still traumatized. The crust was burnt and the pepperoni was raw and the cheese was only crisp half way. And the i got a sprite and it was completely watered down. It tasted like sparkling water. I am completely disgusted. Don't ever go here. I am crying
I do not frequent panera but did not know you could not get a simple ham and cheese on rye?
That makes no sense.
I have work many restaurants jobs, an when I say Panera bread in royal oak has the worse customers. Attitude nasty, impatient, rude, mess up the bathroom, yelling at people, calling folks out there name... it's getting ridiculous! If this is u stay the $#*! home
I truly have never been so disappointed. I called, I emailed. No one would call me back. Then they gave me a $5 reward on my account. That's some great customer service.
New Tampa Panarea discriminated by giving a salad that was old and refused to refund our money. The GM then stated he didn't care and there was nothing he could do. Then the GM who took the phone call then lied about his role and slipped up by saying that his manager. We were totally confused. The service was terrible and the food looked old and like it was someone else's salad.
I am at Panera in Burlington, WA. Haven't been to Panera in a while. I did pick two; Mac and cheese and Fuji apple salad. Mac and cheese is as good as ever as a standard. The Fuji apple chicken salad was fantastic. Incredibly fresh ingredients. The apple chips had to be homemade. The Fuji apple dressing was excellent. Fantastic experience again. Love Panera!
I love Panera's mac and cheese but, today I found a hair in my mac and cheese. This hasn't happened before so I'm surprised it happened now. Just try to be more careful next time.
If you order delivery you need to check the order as it arrives. They do not check their orders and twice now I have found parts of the order missing. When you plan a luncheon with 3 people and one person's lunch is completely missing it makes for a very bad experience. We made the best of it and shared everything to make up for the missing food but I will not order delivery again form them.
I use to love eating at Panera with the family every weekend. Since the pandemic started, the food quality is not as good. Now the food sucks, price are high, food quantity & quality way less. There rewards changed from every 3 visits to 8 visits. I use to get a salad bowel every 3 visits. Now a cup of soup or a drink every 8 visits. Thank you Panera, you lost a customer.
The people who work here have kicked my daughter and her friends out EVERY time they come because they only ordered 1 pizza. They said they can only stay if they order 2. They then continued to kick them out.
Expensive, presentation zero, salty and using plastic plates. Not forgetting the quantity is too small for the price charged.
$13 not including tip for a very generic breakfast sandwich, a good pastry, and a small cup of coffee. Even with inflation that just doesn't get it. They're paying for too much overhead and they can't deliver the quality and value in the food.
I spent 10.00 on a nappa chicken salad sandwich. With no chicken on it. Nothing but bulky bread lettuce and a tomato. The quality has changed and not for the better. Very disappointing
Most incompetent store. Paid $69 for food. Didn't get my wife who is sick soup. Told me they didn't serve soup bowls and never have where I can order it on the website from the same store. Ordered a broccoli and chicken bowl and got chicken teriyaki in a to go container. Last time we got to go it had gloves in the food. Don't go here! It's awful!
THE RESTAURANT ON HOUSTON ROAD IN FLORENCE WAS DIRTY, AND SHORT HANDED, I HAD TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER. ALL I ORDERED WAS A CUP OF SOUP AND WATER AND IT COST ME $8.00 PLUS TAX. WHAT A RIP OFF. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS!
UNBELEIVABLE.
Answer: Scam, over priced and not that good. Small portions with big price tags.
Answer: It was the only option, and I needed to eat something.
