I went to this site because I was looking for a retired Pandora cheerleading charm for my granddaughter. What a rip off. The initial cost was quoted as $14.99 for the charm and a whopping $14.99 for shipping & handling. I should have seen the red flag then. When I got my VISA bill the charge was $34.99 and a $1.50 overseas transaction charge. I contacted the site only to find out that the banking site is in China. Today I received the package. Not the charm I ordered but a worthless piece of junk. I have contacted the site again to find out what I need to do to get my refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

I went to this site looking for good deals on pandora charms because I just got a charm bracelet for Christmas. I searched the Internet for reviews and couldn't find not one review. I was a little nervous but went ahead and placed a order since I couldn't find any bad reviews. I kept looking for reviews just in case I missed something. My thought process was that I knew I had 24 hours to cancel my order per their site FAQ. Well I found one comment regarding this site and the lady was asking if anyone had received their product yet from this site. I thought I would message her and ask her about her experience with this site. She messaged me back and said that she and her mother in law received what they ordered after a month and it was tacky and cheap, defiantly not Pandora. She tried multiple times to get her money back and no one would initiate the return for her so she was stuck with what she ordered. I was still within my 24 hours so I hit the button on their site to send them a email and cancel my order. Someone did email me back and said my order was already processed but he could issue me a 90% refund because there was a international fee (he is from China). I of course questioned this and said that his site never said anything about this. He then responded oh sorry now it's 80%. I have yet to receive my refund. I was going to wait to post a review until I am done with this process to let everyone know if I actually do get any of my money back but I don't want anyone else to get scammed. I know me and the other lady I was messaging can't possibly be the only ones this has happened to. I wish someone would have posted something to prevent me from making this horrible mistake. I knew it was knockoff Pandora but I guess I was at least hoping for a nice looking charm to fill up my bracelet not something tacky. I defiantly never anticipated having trouble canceling the order. I do feel this has been a lesson learned. I am hoping to stop someone else from having to learn this costly lesson.
