My experience with Paleohacks has been good. Perhaps people who have positive experiences don't take the time to write reviews, I decided to buck that trend, First of all I tend to be compulsive when it comes to trying new things, hence I was drawn in to giving these cookbooks a try. I must have been in a brain fog when I ordered three cookbooks for way too much money. I reached out to the company to cancel my order before I received the books, they arrived anyway. I had received an email acknowledging my request, still the books arrived one at a time. I didn't open them and planned to return them. I sent an email to them and received a response within 24 hours and my money was refunded. I call this excellent customer service. By the way, they told me to keep the books ( haven't opened the packages to review the product but c'mon this is an excellent way to treat customers)
I never received the cookbook I purchased. I inquired about it 6 wks after the purchase (if was around Christmas and time got away from me.) Their response was quick, and I was offered a replacement or my money back. I asked for the item to be shipped. I inquired a month later when it still hadn't arrived and radio silence. It's been 2 weeks and I've reached out again. If they don't respond, I'll dispute the charge with my bank.

Email Link sent to me via Svelte Training so thought it must be legit. Received 1 book, billed for 3. Disputing with PayPal. SCAM, stay away!
Rating, they don't deserve 1 star but it won't let me leave a no star review

Like many others it seems, I was scammed. Purchased their recipe book which never arrived. I contacted them via PayPal and told me to wait another month! Nothing!
I applied for a refund and literally spent hours going round in circles filling in the same form.
They did noy reply to emails.
21 pounds taken from my bank for something I do not want and will never use.

At first, this site seems pretty good. Sign up for a book, money back guarantee, ok, I'll try. Immediately, you get hit with buy this add-on, price only good for the next 3 nano seconds! Ok, maybe that's cool, I'll try it. Next frame, buy this, too! On and on and on. I ordered 3 and just clicked through the rest. The product is b-a-s-i-c, nothing you can't get with the most generic of internet searches, and more in depth on the internet I might add. The "book" they hawked is really a pamphlet. It's printed so tiny I need a magnifying glass just to read it. Requested a refund and got a serious run around. Contact our payment processor; the payment processor has no record - so contact the seller. Please avoid these people, unless you like endless merry-go-round rides. Contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges they refused to refund.

Like many others I found Paleohacks when searching for information on alternative lifestyles of health and nutrition. What I quickly learned was they (I know they are in business to make money). But every time i get a message from them its about what I can purchase. They say -
"Hey friend,
As one of our VIP subscribers, I'd like to extend a special "thank you" to you today!
I'd like to send you my friend Kelsey's Keto Comfort Foods Cookbook for FREE.
>>> Claim your FREE Keto Comfort Foods Cookbook here."
Well let me tell you there is no "FREE" its a scam to get you to part with $20 or to sign up for a program at $19/mo. There is no "FREE" book and there is no way to get the "FREE" book without spending the $20 or more. They say its a >$300 value, and I fell for this once and there is no way this stuff is worth $300, more like $5. And they short you on your order and you never get your full order. Then the ghosting begins as no one will respond. My Emails from them come from some guy "DAVE", I don't know who "DAVE" is but he is worthless.
So if this "FREE" book is truly "FREE" then send me a digital copy and that's at zippy cost to you and to me, and I then get the "FREE" as promised.
Please avoid this company as you will spend more of your hard earned money for items not worth it. There are many other sites and published books you can purchase that are better.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid and find better products and services elsewhere.

I signed up for the free recipe guide (which in itself, was pretty basic) - and ever since I have recieved a barrage of spam emails from various marketing companies offering overpriced, gimmicky Paleo supplements.
Steer clear, or use a disposable email address!

I have left at least 4 emails and event contacted via facebook messenger over the last month or 2 but not 1 response. If you get fooled by their marketing tactics that's 1 thing but if you aren't satisfied and they say you will get 100% refund, it's not true. They do not acknowledge anything. They have a lot of products and although some decent recipes, there are plenty of better options. When ordering slow cooker book, don't expect to get a whole lot of recipes, the book is half non-slow cooker. Just awful customer service, they aren't there to help, just make their next dollar.
Have bought things here before, i said yes to the FREE BOOKS... they keep ADDING ON THESE "GOOD deals" and your order keeps going up & up... I stopped at $32 while this MIGHT be a great deal... why doesn't the books sell themselves & want to order more? This site made me feel like I was being scammed! I Therefore I hesitated to push the finial order button. Shortly after that getting a message from my credit card co. Re possible scam & did I know & make these transactions.

I have purchased 4 or 5 books now from their Keto/Paleo line.
The quality of the books is great. As a long-term keto-follower, I often get in the habit of throwing the same quick meals together. But, sometimes, I start craving non-keto foods. Their recipe books give me that non-keto feeling, without the carbs. They're great recipes and I've tried dozens of them. I do have to be careful about measuring portions because some run close to my fat-carb-protein limits, but I'm already used to tracking everything so it's not a big deal.
As for customer service? The only time I had to reach out to them was when a book arrived damaged. It appeared to have been banged around in shipping though (not at their warehouse). I contacted them and a replacement book was sent.
I'm reading the other reviews & I'm not sure what products they have that enroll you into additional programs where you're charged monthly as I haven't ran across those. The only thing I hate, that I find a little "scammy-looking" is that they like to market their books as being "free" because they "found" additional in the warehouse. You just have to pay a small shipping and handling fee. Buyers aren't stupid and I know they learned this bro-marketing technique from someone and it may actually work. But, I really wish they'd just market it as a good deal. I'd share their links with everyone I know. But, because of that particular marketing technique I feel a little "icky" sharing it with other people. Despite my distaste for the marketing... I still believe the product and my experience with the order/shipping process deserves 5-stars.
That said, I only stumbled across these reviews because I was looking up their site to order another book. It's a great price, for a great product.
