Rebecca Riggs responded to a question I posted in a closed online group. She let me know that she conducted some distance energy work for me free of cost, after which I thanked her and shared appreciation. I sent clients her way and spoke kindly of her when suggesting her services. Last night I discovered she took the entire conversation from the closed group and used it as client feedback on her public website. The data included my full legal name, links to my social media account, personal details regarding my life and also information about my health and physical challenges. I was shocked and hurt. I was never asked for my permission and the closed group conversation was not in a public setting, it was a safe place to share life experiences with like minded peers. I contacted Rebecca Riggs asking her to remove my name and personal data. She did not apologize, and blamed me for what happened. If she needed feedback so terribly she should have asked, I would have provided some. Her lack of respect for my privacy exposes her poor character and lack of common ethics. No responsibility taken for ill actions, no empathy for harm caused. Totally uncalled for, especially in the spiritual community.
