I am a first time customer. I am very pleased with the roll top backpack, it's a beauty! Will update on durability of product.
I just received the AirPods max case and to say I'm disappointed and angry over this expensive product is an understatement. There are no instructions but what is egregious about this is there is no way in the world my headphones can be charged using that hole at the bottom. I've tried every kind of placement. Then there are these leather handbag looks inside that I have no idea how to use If you're going to charge a considerable amount for a premium products then I expect results. I wish I could return it but I ripped open the box. This is totally unacceptable.
I bought an ipad case from these guys. You might be thinking there's nothing special about an ipad case but you really need to check these out. The one I bought was made from wood and leather and made to look like a notebook. It's excellent. My colleagues at work wondered what I was doing when I started tapping and swiping my book! What's more, I even left it on a table in a bar by mistake and nobody stole it - because who wants someone else's notebook?
Pad & Quill is a family business, who's aim is to make versatile artisan-made bags and leather accessories that blur the line between profession and play. As a couple, and business partners, we started this business with $1200 and a vision for creating unique products that bring the timeless designs of the past (Mrs PQ) with the modern technology of today (Mr PQ). We painted our web designer’s deck in exchange for a website and worked with local artisans to create 4 quality prototypes and started selling iPad cases online in 2010. After 3000 cases shipped out our basement window, Kari was done with our office taking over the basement, so we moved to our current warehouse located in a historical building on the banks of the Mississippi in Minneapolis.
