They use God's name as a cover and that is so sad. It's two years since I paid Glen Hutchinson for a barrel. Said I would get it for Christmas. Christmas never came. They took my goods and money, and they blocked me from sending messages. Such a shame. Not to be trusted.

It's been months! They will not answer and calls no text no email! I made payments to Glen Hutchison c/o Arrol and I cant get my money back or the package! They claim to be Christians but I think they bring that up in conversation to let you trust them.
If you check their Facebook page it's all bad reviews they seem to delete some but they keep come.

Do not use them you will regret it! Bunch of scammers!

I sent many orders to their location in Brooklyn to be packed and shipped to St Vincent & the Grenadines. I sent Glenn Hutchinson $ on VENMO for payment for packing and shipping. He contacted me on the 14 of December and said they were sending my barrels & if I wanted them to go to a port in Kingstown it was an extra $25 US/ Barrel. I said no, Campden Park is fine, I would not pay the extra $25/ barrel. I called and texted and called and texted and got nothing.
On December 22 I got a call from some guy who was profusely apologizing and horribly trying to explain that they were overwhelmed and that our stuff may or may not make it for xmas. I told him I just wanted the shipping details because I was told it was already shipped. He said that he didn't know that info he was just hired to call people back if they wanted their items picked up as they wouldnt arrive by xmas.

Since that day (over a month) I have had 3-4 people calling in 2 different countries, still NOTHING no answer except one day some guy said hes just security and to call back the next day.

This is HORRIFFIC! We had not only items for family but also donations for those affected by the volcanic eruption earlier in 2021.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I purchased three barrels from this company and was charged $195 (including taxes) plus $15 to ship the barrels because the company "thought" the barrel were to be sent to an address in New York. When, the address was clearly written and confirmed over the phone. I was charged an extra $75 to ship the barrels to me, which took over a month and a half. Turns out the barrels were being stored in the same state that I live, only 25 minutes away, but I was lied to, just to make it seem as if I had to pay an out of state delivery fee. This was my first time ever purchasing barrels and did not know that I was being RIPPED OFF! The delivery guy also sold "hustled" me an extra barrel for $35 WHICH IS WHAT IT REALLY COSTS PER BARREL! WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF!, BE CAREFUL!

I found this company online, wanted to send some grocery items back hime to my family, i contacted them via telephone and i could also see that the company seemed somewhat reputable by the 43k followers on Facebook but didnt really notice they only had one (1) review of 5 star! I paid my money for all the items and im wating for my items to be shipped to Jamaica, no one replies to my email, text message or phone calls i got worried and started panicking becuase i spent over $$$ for these items. Its beens 2 months now my items are still not shipped to Jamaica and i got one reply to the 100 of emails sent that "we will pack the barrels this week" nothing else! During this trival i notice someone left a 1 star review on the Facebook page calling them con artist and frauds, the customer then wrote the same thing that i'm facing where items we paid for but the receiver has yet to receive the barrels. I thought i was the only one, im really sickened by this and its oly God that is holding me up right now, its not easy working let-a-lone see money you could have used pay bills go down the drain. This is America and i company/business is open and running and no one seems to care about the customers lost. These people are fraud do not do business with them, always check a company status, complaint and reviews before handing money over. Worst experience of my life.

I have placed 6 orders with packabarrel over the past 2 years. All of these were fine I was ordering for my parents in St. Lucia. My last order was the problem. As per other customers I placed the order and I got nothing. I will not mention countless unanswered emails and phone calls. This is how I got my relief, I contacted my credit card company and they got my money back. It took 2 months but I got it back. I can not stress this enough use a credit or debit card if you run into a problem they will fight for you. You walk into most check cashing stores and purchase a card. I WILL SAY IT AGAIN USE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
