Ozsales

I have been a Customer of OZ Sale for more than 10 years. They have my PO BOX address in my account as well as my physical address. As my letter box is on a public lane, I have chosen to have my items delivered to my PO Box instead. However my last item purchased came with Toll Express and they don't deliver to PO Boxes. 3 of my last messages to OZ SALE Contact Us on their website remain unanswered. I finally got their phone number through the Customer reviews. I rang 15 minutes ago and spoke to an very unfriendly Customer Service person (Yes I have his name) who gave me a lecture that I was at fault because i have nominated my PO BOX as my delivery address. Did I know that OZ SALE was sending my item by TOLL that does not deliver to PO BOX? When Toll found out on November 20 that the parcel was addressed to a PO BOX, it was returned to their depot and is amongst 1000's other parcel waiting to be scanned and redirected or else sent back to the Sender. Toll investigator has been helpful but i am still waiting to get further feedback as of November 28. Order # 30311657
