Ordered a product back in November, never arrived. Ozsale - has marked the order as received! When contacting them, they said they didn't have the exact item I wanted and said they would send out another similar item. This item also never arrived. I also never received a REFUND. I would think twice before buying from this online store as they might just do the same to you, take your money, change the product status to delivered and never send you anything.
They frequently post items for sale with deep discounts, once your order is submitted and paid for, they wait a week and cancel your order saying there is insufficient stock. If you visit their website again, you'll see the "out of stock" items are still available but for much more than originally offered. They then tell you that a refund will occur in 5 days, in the meantime they've hung on to your money.

Do not buy anything form this site. So many people including myself did not receive what was ordered or did not receive anything at all. You just have to read the Review Sites which most of us don't do until after and we have the problem. If you go to Review there is so many of the same message sent to everyone stating they sent it or what they sent was what was ordered. BEWARE. You cant even contact them on their site its a SCAM. I can send an email to confirm my purchase & contacts with them if needed.
Their unsubscribe process does not work, and despite contacting them directly I am still receiving multiple emails per day. I do not know how I got onto their email list to begin with. I would advise not engaging with this unethical business.
I purchased a pair of shoes which arrived wrongly sized.
Within a few days I returned the shoes and have heard nothing since!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Dior Lip Glow from OZsale. The product I received was already expired, and it was only after the refund timeframe had passed that I discovered this shocking fact.
What adds to my disappointment is the unhelpful response from the seller. Rather than taking responsibility for selling an expired item, they questioned why I didn't report the issue earlier. It is disheartening to see them shift the blame onto me instead of addressing their own negligence.
This experience has shattered my trust in the seller and their commitment to providing quality products. Selling an expired item is not only unacceptable but also potentially harmful to customers.
I strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from OZsale. My experience reflects a lack of care and professionalism on their part, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

I have never written a bad review like this one. They say that a bench was not claimed when it was supposed to be delivered to my house. This was during lock down and there was always someone home. The first bench arrived fine but no sign of the second one. Messages kept saying things were backed up and to be patient. Now they want to charge me for delivery whether it arrived or not. I am feeling very ripped off.

Ozsale cannot work to a delivery time ( and this is their own statement) they do not respond when they don't like your request and are dishonest enough to not honour their promises that they make when you escalate your issues to the financial companies involved. If it wasn't for Paypal i would not have got my promised refund.

I ordered a bed in August it took almost 2 months to deliver the it was missing a box, it should have been delivered in 3 boxes. It came in 2. I was offered an refund weeks ago and there has been no communication since. I have sent follow up messages no response. I understand there is no phone number to contact them but to not respond to customers is the worst form of customer service. I have been left without a bed and over $400 out of pocket. I'm devastated

I ordered a bed from hear which took almost 6 weeks to arrive with an expected delivery of 7 days. Once opening saw there was a big crack in a side panel of bed which will make it stucturly unsafe to use as it will likely crack further and completely snap
I sent off a return and refund request 8 days ago and still have not heard anything back. Overall very disappointed with quality of product, lack of serviceand customer care and wish I had not chosen to shop hear

Hence, the tag shows that way but it is made from sheepskin. If you are not happy with the item, you can return them for a full refund. I am sorry for the trouble.
I bought a $150 water fountain and instead received a Christmas decoration box. Refuse to refund until the box is collected by their courier which I'm still waiting for 2 weeks later. Gotten nowhere with contacting to resolve as they are all marketplace sellers. My fountain obviously went elsewhere but because the drips box has my name and tracking number they insist it has been delivered despite sending photos of the wrong item. Will never, ever, but from them again.

Faulty office chair purchased in March and reported to Ozsale after installation, but as at mid-July, there's still no resolution. I'm stuck with an unusable chair, with no response to my requests for a replacement or refund. Ozsale appears quite hands-off, most recently leaving it to the supplier to sort it out directly with me, which is infuriating. I don't blame the supplier (I've previously bought the same chair, with no problem). Furthermore, the supplier has been sending replacements parts via Ozsale through a long and drawn out process of elimination, but the most recent part I received can't be assembled as the original parts cannot be removed once locked into place. It turns out the supplier originally requested Ozsale to ask me to first confirm if I can first take the chair apart, but I never received that message from Ozsale. Now a stalemate. Terrible service and I will have to take this to the Small Claims Tribunal.

Firstly the advertise as being an Australian business which is not true.
They use pictures of genuine products at slightly reduced prices then when you fall for it you end up waiting 6-8 weeks for a terrible poor quality fake product.
They don't reply to emails and if this review page is similar to another they have staff gone on and give positive reviews to get their score up.

WARNING if you are purchasing from Ozsale make sure you know the item sizing is correct otherwise what seemed like a good deal quickly escalates to a costly exercise by way of return product charges and refunds less Ozsale postage and handling charges. In all on three items I bought, 2 I had to return due incorrect sizing even using their sizing guide I got slogged with upward of $ 50 postage & handling costs for sweet FA in return.
BTW the 3rd item I am being charged for has still not arrive 2 weeks after the purchase GRRRR!
My advice - think carefully before purchasing from Ozsale.
After receiving incorrect item, it took OZSALE to reply to my return request couple of weeks. After receiving return label and sending it back, it was sitting in the post office for over a month without being picked up. I have left several messages on OZSALE site but only received vague replies that they are looking into it. The return package came back to me, after no one made an attempt to pick it up from the post office.
Contacted OZSALE again explaining the situation and asking for a new return label with correct address. Still waiting on reply two weeks later. Overall the return has been going on over 2 months, not able to return it and receive my money back.
The customer service is non-existent. I will never buy from this site ever again and would not recommend it to anyone, unless you have time to spend chasing them up!

Absolutely angry about the experience since i want to return something that is not suitable for us and though it says they will respond 1-3 working days, im waiting 3 weeks with no options really to contact them. Emailed them 26 nov 2021 and its 15/12/2021 now. This puts me off to purchase anything else through them and it wouldn't be that way if there was any reply whatsoever to start with as it just strips any trust in online stores like that

Update: seller has asked a question that is answered fully on my return request in the firstplace, what to me looks like postponing request and finding excuses! The question came up exactly when i put review in here and still let me correct you, question was asked 14/12, which is 3 weeks over, when it should have been 1-3 business days.
Now you have refused my request stating covid as a reason and pointing out that according to your return policy ( which in your website) doesn't even fall under the refused return item category.

Purchased a product and requested a refund. I returned the product to them and they told me the refund was processed and on its way. I then hear from PayPal and they told me that Ozsale never intended to refund and told PayPal the dispute was resolved. I now have no product and no money. Be careful when purchasing from this company because if you need a refund you won't get one even if you return the product. They will keep your money and refuse to give it back.

*UPDATE* For anyone wondering how this is progressing - NSW Fair Trading has investigated and given OzSale 7 calendar days from yesterday's date [22/12] to provide a remedy to me "in accordance with their obligations under Australian Consumer Law". That's 6 days left OzSale.
Absolutely ridiculous scam company. After very carefully researching the dimensions of the solar tiki torch, including taking screenshots of what I purchased, I have ended up with 8 falsely advertised solar torches, at dimensions far far less than what I purchased. They are in fact a completely different product, the smaller size of what was sold to me. Advertised 790x120mm, received 500x70mm. Not even close. OzSale has not responded to my complaint in any way shape or form in three weeks - not advised how they are going to deliver me the products I purchased, not advised how they are going to retrieve the incorrect products at no cost to me and refund my money. Nothing at all. Not even an acknowledgement of the issue in 3 weeks of sending email after email. A complete dodgy scam of a company, and now an open case with NSW Fair Trading.
