I purchased 2 items at different times. Site looks sketchy but don't be afraid. Prices are very good. Don't expect customer service, this seems to be buyer at own risk. Again, not fraudulent site -- I received the 2 items in new, retail-sealed condition.
I had the same exact experience as Jenny M. The item I ordered never arrived. The emails I sent them to follow up bounced back, and they do not answer their phone. PayPal refunded my money, after the merchant failed to reply to them within 10 days.

Since Oz-estores takes Paypal, I took a chance on placing an order. Like others have mentioned, the item never shipped, they don't respond to email and their voice mailbox is full. I received my Paypal refund and purchased the item from Amazon.
Same experience as the others. My item never arrived and all attempts to contact the company failed. I used PayPal and thankfully they refunded my money.

I ordered an item from this site, and it never arrived. I was unable to communicate via phone number or email listed on site. This business is not in Miami as listed on their page but in Vietnam. Fortunately payment was through PayPal and so my money was returned. BUYERS BEWARE!
Stay away! Even PayPal refuses to connect with them! Do Not waste your time! You won't ever receive anything! Check the reviews!
