A company without culture or Values, Oysterconnect claims to provide quality, value-adding projects to students across India. However, this is far far away from the truth. The projects they offer are poor quality sales projects. No value addition to the resumes of the students at all. They promise a stipend for the projects they offer, however even after successful completion of the project, no stipend is paid, and students have to beg for atleast a certificate from the mentors for the hardwork they had put in. The time and hard work of the students is not appreciated at all and they are made to feel like contract workers. It's sad that the company makes a fool out of students who really want some nice valu addition to their CVs for brighter career prospects. As for the employee relations in the company, there is zero employee satisfaction in the company. The management of the company doesnt know the A of handling and managing an organisation. Random management decisions, pathetic employee management and incessant firing of employees- the management only knows ho to ruin people's careers after recruiting them on false claims of a good package- you dont even get 50% of the CTC in hand. There is no real learning in the work you are doing here- It is basically a call center where MBA graduates are like BPO employees, constantly on phone and calls, begging the students to do their work. They dont even have enough funds to release their employees' salaries and reimbursements. No project management skills are imparted whatsoever. stay away from this company if you dont want to ruin your career graph.

OysterConnect.com is the best ever live projects & virtual Internships platform, I have come across. I say this because, unlike other internship sites, they do not just list our available internships. Instead they actually manage the internship/ project with their own account managers. The Account Managers actually guide the students on how the work is to be done, reply to their queries, help them achieve their deliverables, etc. They even make sure that the student's certificates & stipends reach them at appropriate times.
