Parcel dispatched to my location 3 days ago from agra hub. If i would have walked to the agra i would have got it in 1 day. Delay is okay but worst part is for 3 days it's been showing that my parcel is dispatced to my location, i talked to these guys in my city and they said that they havent recieved anything yet.so where the $#*! is my item. Also customer service need additional 48 hours to solve the issue. Look at the name overnite my $#*!

I have one star because I can't go below that, despite delivering my order too late, I have had to remind them like 3 to 4 times and they had delivered it by 4 days late. Moreover they asked me to pick the package at their office, then why did they charged me the delivery charges, after asking so they came nearby spot to me and gave the package... So far the worst service I ever had... If I didn't track the order and if I didn't get the office phone number, may be I wouldn't have gotten the package ever...

Don't use this services ever. I doesn't get any worse than this. Really very disappointed. They will not deliver the courier in time and Doesn't give the updates. Very worst...

No one should use this courier service ever it is better u go and delivery the Parcel by yourself. Worst service, very bad. *******446 parcel no)

Superb service by Overnite Courier my courier was delivered in time. As it was Rakshabandhan festival no courier were ensuring me that my courier will be delivered in time as it was Saturday and very next day was Sunday but Overnite courier Andheri(West) Mr Piyush Maheta gave me the assurance that it will be delivered in time and my courier was delivered in time. Very happy and satisfied with the service given by Overnite courier. Thanks to Overnite courier for your prompt delivery service.

STAY AWAY from this company... DONT TRUST AT ALL, My father post one packet from patiala to london... they promised to deliver within 2 days... its been more then 15 days... on the top of that they are asking to pay £22 custom from us, which has not been mentioned in the beginning at all... I been chasing for my money and packet... nothing productive and going back and forth to each other... ALL staff upto Delhi branch is completely rubbish and unprofessional... i think they should replace with appropriate staff who help the customers

I registered a parcel on 05/02/19 from Rayagada(Odisha) to Jabalpur. Just out of curiosity, I tracked it online on 06/02/19 evening; got to know it was not even registered at Bhubaneswar. The customer care is telling me that I have registered it on 6th. I failed to convince her that I did it on 5th.

Courier reached Jabalpur on 12th. Till today(19/02/19) it has not been delivered. My friend at Jabalpur called up to the city branch, they said that they don't have a delivery boy. I wondered that they don't have a delivery boy since last 7 days & they are running a courier chain.

I reported this to the overnite courier customer care. For last 2 days, I couldn't reach them. When I got to talk; the lady was rude beyond tolerance. She was literally behaving as if I was complaining her a useless matter and she is listening it out of mercy. She disconnected the call in the middle when I asked what action they are going to take for this delayed delivery.

For a small town like Rayagada where better courier services are not yet available, these idiots are just torturing people in the name of courier service. I suggest to use government postal service which is way better than this one.

Never ever use this service. They are the most pathetic service provider in the whole world. They will never pick up the call. They will never response to you email. There is no guarantee that your courier will be delivered.

Choice is yours!

I will suggest that do not go for this fraud company.

Their 1st rule: If you are not doing insurance means your stuffs are not safe after paying so much.
2nd rule: After paying so much still they are not responsible at all.

They only give disgusting excuses n also do nonsence argument.

I have a shippment shipped by khelmart.com, was unable to track it on their portal with the id i was given, sent a query to overnite, the just dont give a f**k. No reply seriously!

Very bad service by overnite courier.
I booked courier on 4th April 17 in morning for gorakhpur (*******). They delivered it on 11th April 17 in evening. While they told during booking that hardly it will take 4 days to deliver.

I gave a set of urgent documents for Overnite Express by next day courier service between Delhi - Mumbai. I paid for their most premium option. They did not send my documents out for next 2 days, and it took further 2 days to deliver. Their customer service had no good reason for the delay and shoddy quality of their most premium service option. This is completely unacceptable and I hope other customers stay away from this company which is not a reliable operator of professional courier services.

Worst service i imagined. In partnership with playgroundonline.com after they recieved my payment they are not able to deliver the material evenafter 18 days still counting the days. Their response is also bad for enquiry.
