It has been 5 days since I placed an order from this website. I checked out via Paypal, and the payment went to merchant email: *******@hotmail.com. Pretty shotty email to use for a reputable business, combined with the fact that I have not received any status update on my order.

Will be disputing this transaction on day 7 if I have not heard from the company re: my order.

Edit: Still no response after emailing the company. Definitely a scam. Don't shop from this website.

Stuff may be cheap but the people running the site must be aliens because my order took forever. I ordered two of the same products and received two different products one 3 piece ninja and one 2 piece ninja because I told them I was calling the better business Bureau. Do not shop here. The vendor doesn't contact you they do not have a working phone line and they will not email you back. This site should be shut down. Period.

I recently bought from this site on 11/17/2016. For 5 days they did not give me any updated information about my product. I finally contacted them through email asking if the would send me information or that I would need a refund. 11/23/2016 I received a UPS tracking number which said the package just arrived in my town. Two days later I go back to check on the status on UPS and it said it was going to be sent back to the sender by their request. Like what? Even though they gave me the refund there was no need at that point. IT WAS ABOUT TO ARRIVE. I never said I wanted a refund, just only if they weren't going to send it. Long story short they took it back and refunded me for no reason. The company never once responded to me either. No communication in anyway. Bad salesmanship. SO DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. WASTE OF TIME.
