This is the worst site I have ever purchased from. They advertised 3 items for a set price and only sent me two of them. When I asked about it I was offered a coupon for a future purchase which I declined. I simply want the item I purchased and they refuse to send it or fully refund my money. They then offered me ten percent back which is totally out of the question. Just give me what I paid for. They are horrible and I will not be buying from them again. They only want to give me 60% of my money back after I pay to ship the items back to them. Why should I carry the bill when they messed up?

My husband went online to buy me a purse for Christmas an on this site they have a value spree so of course like a man he went for that which includes two handbags one wallet for 149.00 so I was OK cool get it now it comes an its one handbag an a wallet so we emails them to let them know an send pics of the package an the package saids quantity 1 so now they email saying sending it back but we got to ship it an they gonna keep 40% of the money back like are u serious this for a knock off, Michael Kors purse and wallet set so in close www.outletstone.com don't shop there...
