I ordered a coach handbag from this site 11/13/10. I have not received any correspondence and it is 11/20/10. Went to their website today and found that it was supposedly shipped 11/15/10. I received receipt after order staing the charge would be 78.99 but my account was charged 82.43. My husband was suspicious and I should have been too. We blocked the card we ordered on and requested a new card to avoid future charges. We have just decided this is a lesson learned and that we just lost 80 bucks. Stay away from deals that seem too good to be true!

If I had done some google search of this site before placing order, I wouldn't become another victim of this scammer site. I emailed them to request to cancel my order as soon as I received the order confirmation email minutes later. There is no contact number in the web site. Next morning I sent another email to request to cancel the order. They just ignored my emails, instead two days later they sent an ugly email without proper title and told me they shipped the bags.

The claimed 3rd party visamasterpay.com processed the credit card payment is a scammer as well. The web site looked very suspicious without address, the phone number posted is an unregistered number.

If you look it up the domain name registration information, all the contact information are fake. The phone number is unreachable. visamasterpay.com process payment via ECPSS gateway, ECPSS is a legit legit business in China. It's sad we contacted ECPSS but ECPSS can't do anything to stop visamasterpay.com. visamasterpay.com is ECPSS business partner.

I ordered a purse from this site. The receipt said $73 but was my account was charged $83. Not a big deal to me. I didn't like that I couldn't track my package for several days and when i finally got an e-mail through to the company, the tracking information began to show. I received the purse in 2 weeks. Not sure I would order from them again but I wasn't scammed as I thought I was. I tried to contact the web site, the payment company, and the "third party" agency and all e-mails returned undeliverable. I finally received an e-mail from the company, sounded a bit rough. Will spend the extra time to drive to my outlet mall for deals versus the web.
