I ordered some christmas presents for my daughter. A tracksuit, bag and bikini. I kept receiving Emails saying that the tracksuit was not available and to pick another. However they couldnt guarantee stock for Christmas so i cancelled the order. Two weeks later the bag and bikini arrived which were obviously FAKE.Im still waiting for the refund for the tracksuit of £60.My emails are being returned undelivered. But if you go through the Email on the website it goes to the Company. I have been dealing with JESSE who will do anything to try and fob you off.BE AWARE this is a really awful company who will rip you off with Fake goods

I place an order on December 7th fo 3 track suits 5 wallets and 2 pair of earings. I tought this was the true juicy couture outlet. It is not it is from china. On the 12th of December I checked the website and it said out of stock. It did not tell me what was out of stock. Then on the 16th It said the order was shipped. I asked again what was out of stock and what shipped. They told me 4 stack suits shipped. (which I only ordered 3 who know what else.) On the 16th I cancelled the backordered item. I have yet to get a credit on my credit card yet. I ave sence emailed them again on the 17th 19th 24th and 28th. With no repley. I am about to cancel my credit card charge. Something is suppose to arrive this week. I do not know what. After I cancelled I went to the Correct juicycouture.com Website and placed an order for 1 purse 5 wallets 2 makeup bags 2 pair of socks and 2 braclets. I have received shipping notifications and the product arrived in 5 days in time for Christmas. Sor moral to the storie isbuy on on juicycouture.com. They eenhad an extra 30% off and now it is 40% off.
