Terrible cust. Service. Same situation as the others. Supposed to get boots in 6 days. Its now been 3 1/2 weeks. Plenty of calls and emails and no response. How do they stay in business?

They have not shipped the purchased product within their advertised time frame. They have not responded to multiple emails as old as three business days, asking for information. Their customer service phone line says all reps are busy and please leave your name and number. No one has returned my calls in 3 days. But they have charged my credit card for my puchase!
Finally a reply. They don't have what I ordered! You would think their inventory would be linked to their order process so this wouldn't happen. I made sure to ask for a refund of the money they had already charged to my account. Let's see how long it takes them to do that.
An all round $#@% experience! Stay away!

I ordered boots in august got them they were defective so I spent several weeks trying to get an ok to return them, I returned them on october 6th and now they are on back order, I have sent 2emails a week and left 3 messages a week and nothing,! Anyone reading this please please do not order from this site you will get nothing but grief..

This is a bad sight the order are to be shiped in 5-10 day i put orderin on 11-11-2009 it still pending no shoes receiver

Ordered a pair of boots on 10/18/09. Checked daily for a week on status. It never changed from Pending Shipment. I called two weeks after initial order and got a voice mail. I did get a call saying that they were sorry that it would ship the next week of the 2nd. A complete lie. I waited another 2 weeks. I emailed and called several times and none were returned. I called my credit card company and have disputed the charge that was put on immediately on the Oct 18. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! BAD BAD BAD! THIEVES! LIARS! SCUM! Do you get my drift?

DO NOT ORDER BOOTS FROM HERE! We ordered Georgia Boots 11/17/09 it is now 12/10/09 still no boots but they got our payment the next day. I called Georgia Boots manufactor in Logan Ohio. THey stated that they are taking their boots off of the website because they have over 700 people short of money with no boots. If ordered Georgia Boots Call *******100 They will help! They were great.

Ordered boots from Outdoorheadquarters.com on 11/16/09. Waited for shipping status and it never came. Emailed Outdoor Headquarters 3 times and never got a reply. Called twice and never got a return phone call. Credit card statement came and they got their money but shipping status continued to say pending. After several attempts to contact outdoor headquarters i finally called Danner on 12/7/09. Danner being the brand of boot i was ordering. Danner claimed they couldnt do anything about it but admitted they have had problems with them. They offered to let me reorder the boots from them for more money and dispute the credit card charge made to outdoor headquarters. If Danner wants to protect their distributor and not make it right by selling me the boots for the same price as outdoor headquarters in my opinion their just as shady! DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTDOOR HEADQUARTRS OR DANNER BOOTS!
